    On May 27, 2025, I received an email advertising the Shadow Wealth Society in *******. I read through their literature and nowhere in the literature was pricing mention except in a small font "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" section that was over 10 email pages long. When I clicked the "join" button, I was then notified that $7,500 had been removed from my bank account. I called my bank, ****************, and reported the "fraud" and asked them to reverse the charge. So far, they have not been able to do so. Today, I called the Shadow Wealth Society and was told that the $7,500 is non-refundable. After much discussion, I was told that I could get only half of my money back if I cancelled.

    Shadow Wealth Society is part of Weiss Group. We received your cancellation request on May 30th. Upon reviewing your account, we noted that you had purchased a lifetime subscription to Shadow Wealth Society. As outlined in the terms, the $3,500 lifetime upgrade fee is fully refundable within the first year. The annual portion of the subscription is non-refundable, but cancelable for a prorated loyalty credit, which can be applied to other Weiss Group productsincluding offerings from both Shadow Wealth Society and Weiss Ratings.

    Since your request was submitted on the next business day following your signup, we issued a one-time courtesy full refund on May 30th. This refund was processed back to the original payment method used.

    May 9th, 2024 I watched Dr. ********************** Weiss video, he was saying that he can help people to invest money and get a huge outcome by using his "most powerful stock technology." I called and talked to his representative ************************** who told me that if I won't make any money for one year, the company will refund my spending, for what I paid $3,994. I am a senior citizen and going through a financial hardship, I make any money. So, I decided to talk to ********** called him several times but got no answer. However, I was willing to talk to any representatives from this company to get my money back. I called ************** and spoke to Mr. ****** on November 13th, 2024 and he said that $3,500 not refundable, only $591 amount can be refundable, also he said that he will ask Mr. **** to call me and talk to me. However, Mr. **** never call me back. I don't trust this company, Dr. ********************** Weiss, I only need my money back because I am old and facing a big financial hardship. I need your help very much! Please help me.

They did not contact me and I am sure they won't. Greedy-greedy scammers. Horrible people. One thing is that they are working towards their karma.

    I had a subscription from this company for a financial newsletter for one year ending October 23/2024. I did not want to renew the service and called on October 22nd my last day of service to cancel any renewal that I had never authorized. They went ahead and supposedly canceled my service. I noticed several days later that there was a charge on my credit card bill for $99.00 that I had not authorized. I called the company today October 28th and explained that I had already canceled their service and was not renewing and to refund the $99.00 charge in error. They said they would not do that and would only refund a prorated amount. I have never authorized this charge and actually called explicitly to cancel. This company appears to be either scamming people or at least operating in an unethical manner at best.

    When it comes to our subscriptions, they all have an automatic renewal feature to ensure that you don't miss any of your issues, this feature is 100% cancellable at any time throughout your membership, as well as your renewal is able to be cancelled and you can receive a refund of the unused portion (prorated refund) at anytime throughout the year. In regards to the communication, I am only seeing an email that was sent in regarding a question on our timing model which was replied too, but I did not notate any call log history or a request to cancel in that email that was received on 10/22/2024. 

    I have attached both the email that was received, as well as the call history from your number on file for the entire month of October, which one was received today regarding the service renewal. I have also attached on of our Weiss Crypto Investor offers that showcase the automatic renewal opt-in and prorated refund in the event of cancellation that is shown at sign up, please note that it is also outlined in our terms and conditions. Please let me know if you wish to continue canceling this subscription, I'd be happy to assist further.

    I am rejecting this response because: I called to cancel this subscription on my last day prior to any renewal. I could have easily asked for a full refund for the first year as is shown in their documents attached but did not do so as I thought that would not be fair since I had used the service for almost the full year. As I decided not to move forward I cancelled. If one is cancelling the service it surely does not mean one is renewing.  This should be a very simple matter.

    Additionally under Florida law Statute ******* requires that automatic renewal provisions in contracts be clear and conspicuous, and that the consumer be notified no less than 30 days nor more than 60 days before their contract automatically renews.  They also failed to do this.  I have also contacted the ******************************** in this regard.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have already responded to this complaint yesterday when you first sent it. Why are you sending me another. As I stated yesterday, I called and cancelled my contract on Oct 22th. I could have asked for a full refund under their policy in the first year but did not do that as I felt it would be unfair considering I used their service for almost the full year. It would be pretty obvious if I am cancelling  my service that I am not renewing for the year going forward. It was not until I got my credit card statement that I became aware they did not do this. It should have been a simple matter for any ethical business. They still have not cancelled my account as of today which should tell you all you need to know.

    I had not received the message dated Oct 30th from the business after sending my replies. I just saw it now and they indicate that a full refund is coming and they have canceled the membership.  If that is the case I will consider the matter closed once my account on the credit card is credited.     Good day ,I sent emails ( I believe close to a dozen)to Weiss Ratings that said:Arrange to cancel the following transaction never ordered by me and billed on my Amex card 2024-04-09 . My last authorized purchase was end of march.This transaction occurred the day after solar eclipse and must have hit your electronic equipment and it was the day after my birthday, what a surprise!!Twice I spoke to customer service to investigate this transaction that I never purchase , wrote numerous email , acknowledged by ***** that I would get a call to resolve this claim. My last conversation was with ******* 2024-05-28 between 8:30-8:45 that I would get an email covering this claim.Still waiting.My next move will be to contact the founder of this corporation Dr ********************** to clear this , never able to get email address and I will contact The Better Business Bureau to enter aclaim as well and advise also Amex that this transaction was not authorized by me.This will occur this Friday night after closing your closing hours.     When reviewing the account, On 4/9/2024, the member made a purchase of New Crypto Wonders through our online order form. It's important to note that our online form requires all fields to be completed and the purchase to be confirmed before an order can be processed or charged. Alternatively, orders can be processed over the phone by calling in.

    I've attached copies of the order form for your reference. It's worth mentioning that the order was initiated using the same email address associated with your other subscriptions with us.

    Regarding cancellation, our policy for New Crypto Wonders states that members can cancel and receive a credit for the unused portion of the service. This credit can be applied towards any future Weiss product or service.
    Additionally, our records from the marketing system indicate that each issue of New Crypto Wonders has been promptly opened upon release, and the content has been reviewed.

    Consequently, we are unable to offer a cash refund for this cancellation of New Crypto Wonders. However, we are happy to provide a credit for the remaining balance to your account per our terms and conditions. This credit can be used towards another Weiss Ratings product, or you can opt to continue your subscription until its expiry.

    i was subscribed without my consent a subscription to the Weiss Group Supercycle Investor - Lifetime for $7000.00. when i called to complain about the purchase made without my consent, i was offered a refund for $3500 as this was the "lifetime upgrade" to the Supercycle Investor subscription(also $3500), which i did not request. there is only a single invoice item in their email, and they claim they can only refund the "upgrade" and not the full amount, but they refuse to provide an invoice that shows the two products as separate.they make it very difficult to contact and speak to anyone with authority to process the requested refund, and they continue to use their terms and services as a shield to avoid paying refunds.********************************************************** in the fine print for the attached invoice there is specific verbiage:Lifetime Refund policy: The full cost of your lifetime upgrade is refundable at any time, provided you make the refund request in your first year. After the first year, the membership fee is not refundable. In addition, beginning in each subsequent year, you will be charged a yearly maintenance fee, which is non-refundable. Subscribers may choose to opt out of paying the yearly maintenance fee which will result in the suspension of their lifetime membership.i feel this is a predatory business that prey on pensioners such as myself and want nothing to do with them anymore.

    In regard to your subscription to Supercycle Investor that was started back on December 15, 2023. While it is correct that our annual subscriptions do not offer a refund, our lifetime memberships do offer a refund of the lifetime upgrade fee within the first year. In this instance you would be eligible for a refund of your lifetime upgrade fee of $3,500.00 and have the option of remaining in the Supercycle Investor for the remainder of the original term which was by purchasing 1 year, you received and additional 4 years free so the expiration would be 12/15/2028,or you can cancel the annual subscription for a credit of the unused portion that would remain on file for use of another Weiss Ratings product or service. The original annual subscription was $3,500, and you opted to upgrade for an additional $3,500 for a total of $7,000 paid for the lifetime subscription of Supercycle Investor. 

    I have attached both the original offer for the annual subscription to Supercycle investor, as well as the copy for the lifetime upgrade that includes the following terms and conditions as agreed upon at sign up. I can go ahead and process the downgrade for you and process the $3,500.00 lifetime upgrade fee back to the **************** ending in 3004 as confirmed with *** today so we can get the ball rolling on the refund being processed. 

    Please let me know if you wish to remain in the service until the original end date of 12/15/2028, or if you would like to cancel to receive a prorated credit that will be applied to your account and available for future use on another Weiss Ratings product or service.

    the refund of the $3,500 upgrade fee to the original credit card used for the order is acceptable and should be processed immediately.


    I would also like to cancel all active subscription with weissratings.com and their affiliates, and have my personal identifiable information purged from their databases. i'm not sure what the prorated amount in my account is available, but i would ask that you refund this regardless of your terms of agreement. please call my son ***** at ************ to discuss any details and nuances for the remaining balance in my subscriptions.

    I have contacted Weiss ratings on three occasions. Each time, I asked to make sure the subscription was canceled. They assured me that it was cancelled and that their supervisor would call back. No callback was made.I have received the previous money taken fraudulently since January 2024 by my credit card. The latest two bills were on a new credit card that they continued to bill despite my cancellation and complaints.I talked to ************************* on April 24, 2024. She assured me that she would cancel all services and refund my credit card, last four digits 0602.Please know that they denied knowing the billing, then found it in their internal system through *********.

    I subscribed to Weiss Ratings Group product New Crypto Wonders on April 9, 2024. I paid $3500.00 US dollars for what they promoted as information and support on how to invest in crypto currencies. In the promotional video, they stated that if I was dissatisfied with their service, I would receive a prorated refund. When I tried to access their service by setting up an account, their website would not allow me to set up an account. Without the account, my subscription was worthless. I contacted them by phone at the two numbers provided *************** and **************) and requested a call back. I did that on three separate days but have not had any response. I also heard back from someone named **** at ************** who said he worked for Weiss. I have tried to contact him three separate times, again not receiving any response to my messages. I want a prorated refund as was stated in the video.To date I have not received the information promised about how to invest in cryptos. I have not been able to set up an account with **********************. I have not had any response to my requests for assistance. No one will return my phone calls. I can only conclude that the company is a scam whose only purpose is to bilk money from people like me. The request for a refund was denied as per the terms and conditions of the service, New Crypto Wonders, in the event of a cancellation, you will receive a credit for the unused balance of your subscription, which you can use toward the purchase or renewal of any other Weiss Group product at any time. I have attached a copy of the exact offer for review as well as the benefits available to you with your membership.

    I have never done business with Weiss Ratings or their comrades at ****************** (americanfreepost.com), but these f****** a******* persist in sending me spam several times a day. The next step will be criminal charges including harassment and cyberstalking.

    I purchased an investment service, I was supposed to get 6 emails/video tutorial every day for 6 days to get me up and running, I never got these emails. I've included the complaint below which I sent them multiple times without resolution.I have also uploaded the email I received.This about the 10th time I have gone over this. I purchased the New Crypto Wonders on Monday the 4th. I received the welcome aboard email. I have enclosed. in this correspondence. It says that I am to receive 6 emails one each day. I only received the welcome aboard email. I also was to have access to the tutorial videos Ive tried to view them but only 3 of the 6 will enlarge so I can view them. I have tried in several different browsers and my cell and they still dont work. ***, sent me a link for the Ethereum and I sent that in. I have invested over 7k with Weiss Rating and I expect the service to work as advertised and stated in the email. I have made multiple attempts to get this straightened out but I just get the runaround. I would appreciate your help to get things right. I am really unhappy with the service.
