    I recently subscribed to Weiss's Deal Hunter's Alliance, and received noteworthy support and guidance from them in understanding the service and navigating the site and information provided in it, including a personal on-boarding call from Kevin Conde, who was clear, focused and cordial in covering the essentials I needed to know. Very much appreciate my association with Weiss Ratings and believe it will supercharge my investing potential.

    Weiss Ratings offers access to a diverse range of investment advisory newsletters and investment ratings. The amount of information can be quite overwhelming. Based on my limited experience, I would rate their customer service as excellent.

    I had seen a video about a special price on one of the Weiss advisories. I discovered that I had already purchased that service. Calling the company, the employee confirmed that I did indeed purchase it. She sent me an email telling me how to access the service and also the special reports mentioned in the video. Useful information, delivered succinctly. Thanks!
