I have subscribed to the Weiss Research group for many years and always had exceptional service regardless of which subscription I call about.

I had been away from my computer for a while (months) and couldnt remember how to log on and get to the reports area call me lost in space. ***** was extremely helpful in untangling me and locating the problem I had to begin with. After the first call, I was still a bit confused (advanced age and failing memory). *****, being ever so patient with me, walked me through the system to the Reports area. Happy camper. ***** gets huge plus marks as I have been in customer service in my preretirement working life. People can get belligerent even though most of the time it is not an agent or company that screwed up. Thanks again, *****.

I had made an error accidentally cancelling a subscription to a Weiss service (I confused it with another subscription). There had been an opportunity to renew it at a significant discount, but in my confusion, I did not avail myself of it. I then purchased the cancelled subscription at a higher price (you can see how confused I was). I finally realized how my initial intention did not square up with what played out and that my error cost me over $1000. I called Weiss and explained the bizarre story and asked that I be charged the original renewal fee and be refunded the difference between that and what I ended up paying. On separate calls, I spoke with ******* and ****. They were very patient and attentive in listening to me and told me they would present this to an appeals board for review. They said a decision would be made within **** business days. I reminded them that this was totally my error, but as a loyal Weiss customer for several years, I was hoping for a favorable decision. I heard today (within the time frame they promised) that Weiss had, indeed, agreed to refund the difference. This was most welcomed news and further evidence of the quality of customer service and the genuine regard the Weiss staff has for its customers. I am very, very grateful.

Kevin was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He not only helped me with my concern but helped me look up the lesson I was looking for.

I waited on the line for someone to help me navigate a fairly formidable site. Luckily, I got Customer Service Representative, Kevin Conde. He knew his stuff and carefully explained the steps needed for me to handle the problem next time. Kevin answered every question I asked, even the ones I already asked twice. He remained calm and patient. My final issue was much more complicated but Kevin took care of that even quicker. With lots and lots of practice, I can do simple fixes. But not like Kevin.

Outstanding help today, they helped me with everything I needed. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and walked me through everything.Thank you
