    Very dissatisfied with the cluster for a ram truck that was purchased from them. The features on the cluster will not take and apparently there was a six month warranty that is nowhere to be addressed on the site. Have tried contacting customer service and they can only tell me its out of warranty, even though its advertise as plug and play yet when I called the customer service line, the manager said that I needed four weeks to acclimate. It just doesnt make any sense to have a six month warranty on something that needs to acclimate for so long. Please steer clear from this company.

    Ordered a radio kit for my 2019 1500 Rebel. Currently its Aug. 18th with little to no communication with the company or customer service. Tried leaving voicemails and emails but could not speak to a real person nor could I get answers as to why I never received the radio when they already charged me the $3,307.57. DO NOT buy anything from them if you actually want to receive what you paid for or want good customer service. Cancelled order and had to dispute transaction with *********** Still no response from infotainment.com

    Great company to deal with. Website is very straight forward, but customer service is where Infotainment really take the cake. I spoke to **** on the phone. He was exteremly helpful on diagnosing my issue and helping me get an order placed. He even gave me a discount code for the item I ordered. I highly recommend Infotainment. They are knowledgeable, and honest.

    I purchased ******** 5 new head unit from Infotainment. I filled out their information and gave VIN on order 4/02/25 they did get $1859.95 from my account this day. I contacted them by way of email message. I could never reach by phone. For update on shipping on 04/08/25 didn't see any movement. I get email stating we have been trying to get your vin. It was on order slip. Finally get it all in order and receive April ******* 11:56Am UPS.I install it some harnesses look used and turn it on. **** flashes across screen weird I have 2014 ram. So, turn of let sleep then 5minutes back on ram comes up. Every once in a while, **** would pop in and out through having this unit. So heated seats, wheel and touch screen comfort not working. Contact tech support and wait for help through email again. Come to find out dip switches in their program genie not right. Finally get some comfort working but no heated seats and wheel and then find out Wi-Fi and UConnect support will not work. It takes 4 days to get Return information, but I have to pay to return. Not a problem until they cut $278.00 out of my refund and keep for who knows what. I can't seem to ever get anyone to answer phone or call me back or email. This doesn't sound like the Ad. Our Brand-new *** upgrades feature a 90-day guarantee and a hassle-free return policy. Seems like a Hassle to me!

    I purchased a unit by calling and directly talking to a person there who told me they can program a Sirius XM module for a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado for my customer. After a week I had not received the tracking information and was told it would not work and they were cancelling my order. The lady, ******** I think was her name, was very rude and told me she would transfer me to her supervisor and there was no more discussion and my order was cancelled. This has left me in a very bad situation with my customer. I called back and spoke to a receptionist who assured me someone would call me back. It's been a week and still no reply. They brag about customer service and satisfied customers, but it says only 64% would recommend.

    Great experience with this Company . Price and shipping was excellent . **************** was equally great . Bought the Ram RA4 radio upgrade . Installation was a snap , powered up and works as expected. Will do further business with Infortainment .

    I spent a good chunk of my money upgrading my 2013 **** Explorer sport to have android auto. Which the company said was upgrading from version 2 to version 3. The kit came with upgraded Parts new screen Etc. Within 4 months the screen started flickering very rarely shutting off. Now after 11 months the screen really works if it does it's flickering off and on. When I called them after about 5 months from the initial purchase they said I should have bought the upgraded warranty. I spent almost $1,400 on this stuff I shouldn't have had a 90-day warranty to start with. Their answer was to disconnect the battery and reconnect the battery see if that helped which it didn't. They said I should purchase something so that they can fix it I don't remember the exact term that they used. I don't want to spend even more money on this stuff it's a joke probably just going to go back to the parts I have from the old that worked fine. But don't recommend these people wish I never done any business with them

    I ordered a cargo camera for my ram 2500, they sent the wrong kit and charged a me ***** restocking fee. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

    I ordered a 2019-2024 Chevrolet Silverado Or GMC Sierra ******* OEM Backup Rear Camera LCD Mirror. I received a $1,500 box of electrical equipment with nothing sealing it inside but the shipping label on one end. Inside the box was my 3rd brake light with a camera, my LCD mirror and a small piece of bubble wrap that was just thrown in the box and not protecting anything. Both items freely bounced around inside as the wrap was not attached to anything. The brake light has scratches and Infotainment did not include the camera wiring to connect for video.I contacted customer service on a Saturday to tell them about the missing item. ************************* e-mailed me the following Monday. **** told me he was looking into the issue so I was hopeful. **** eventually insisted they shipped me a wire but I did not receive one. There was literally only my mirror, brake light and a small piece of bubble wrap.************************* actually emailed me a grainy picture and a video of a faceless guy cutting a sealed box open and placing what appears to be 2 items...I suppose to convince me that was my actual order LOL...which was impossible to prove, besides that did nothing for me still not receiving my camera wire that I paid for.Had I known to record my unboxing of Infotainment packages, I would have for my own proof and protection. Many of my truck interior parts including my roof headliner was disassembled before I realized they did not include that wire and I thought I'd wait on Infotainment customer service to fix this...but to no avail.I realize the box I received was the first red flag along with the scratched and unprotected $1,500 items inside Infotainment customer service is terrible so buyer beware. It's a shame because I was interested in other products I planned to purchase. If you can find another company for your item(s), that will be your best bet. BUY FROM A REPUTABLE AND HONEST COMPANY THAT TAKES PRIDE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    I ordered a ********************* for my 2016 F250. After installing the radio the *** would not connect. The Sirius worked fine. Infotainment Tech Support asked me to reset the radio and drive my truck around for 4 days to see if it would get satellites to lock on. After 4 days of no success I sent the radio back and waited almost 2 full weeks for a replacement. I opened the box and found a nasty replacement radio - volume k*** cracked, k**** had the paint chipped off and very worn. One push button had damage. The CD slot was filthy with dirt. This thing came directly from a junk yard. I called Infotainment.com and they sent me a RMA. I told them I want a refund and no restocking fee. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there is nothing they could do for me. STAY AWAY!
