Refund and Exchange Policy
Customers have an option to return equipment after the initial 30 day refund period, for an exchange for the same unit within 90 days from the date-of-delivery. Equipment returned within 90 days for exchange must be undamaged and in its original condition. Customers will be responsible for any damage to returned equipment due to return shipping. Infotainment.com will not refund any incurred removal or installation charges under any circumstances. Date of Delivery Date of delivery will be the date of delivery recorded by the delivery vendor tracked using the corresponding tracking number provided by the third party deliverer. Condition of Equipment Exchanges must be well packaged, in original condition, and with our return merchandise authorization form. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer on all exchanges. Customers will be responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping. Customers located outside the United States will be responsible for all incurred shipping charges and customs duty/tax fees from or to Infotainment.com.
