    On 8/11/2021 I retained the Consumer Consulting Group, LLC (**** ********) to cancel my timeshare. I paid $2000.00 in full on said date. I was told by **** ******** himself that all will be complete within the next 18 months. I emailed all necessary documents required and all invoices as they have been sent to me. I was constantly inquiring about my status updates and would randomly get responses stated that it's being worked on. My last inquiry was today, January 22, 2025 and all emails bounced back. I called all the numbers I had for them and they're all disconnected. The last email I received from them was an automated email stating that they have received my email and someone will get back to me, that was on December 13, 2024. I was guaranteed that my timeshare was to be cancelled within the 18 month period. I am still receiving invoices till this day.

    Entered service agreement with Consumer Consulting Group, *******, **, in April 2022 to have our ownership dissolved from our timeshare in regard to ***********, *****************, **. To date, our timeshare maintenance/owner with *********** has not been resolved. *** filed a Quit Claim Deed on our behalf and it was recorded by the local court clerk on June 6, 2023. We have not heard anything from *** since 2024 and today, their phone numbers are disconnected and emails are returned as undeliverable, even to the President, **** ********. We would like a refund.

    Me and my partner hired *** early 2024. We paid them $6k so they can help us get out of our timeshare its been almost a year and since December, th we have disconnected all lines of communication. They have not gotten in contact with me and Im afraid the business may have shut down. Im stuck owing $6k for the loan I took out to pay them. All I want is an update from them that all is well and that they are working on my case behind the scenes. Anything is appreciated.

    I hired this company for time share exiting have paid well over $6000 to them and can not get ahold of anyone, nothing has been done but my credit destroyed.

    I have been in contact with this company for 1 year or so. in the first couple of months, they helped but since the flooding, they have cut all communications with me and have not left me with over $1,430 sent to them and NOTHING has been done. The last communication that we had was on October 18th. I need either my money back or for them to finish the job or cancel my Time share,. Everyone has the same issues that I have connected with about this company and my case seems very neglected and for them to lead me on Is concerning. They are not communicating with me and this is an issue.

    We had signed up for a timeshare on our Honeymoon, and we tried to cancel directly with the company but they would not honor our money back. I then was researching companies to get out of timeshares and promised refunds from the timeshares and found Consumer Consulting Group, LLC based in *******. On 9/23/2024 we paid over $4000 for this "service" and as of January 2025 the company's phone numbers and emails are completely shut down.

    In October 2023, I signed a contract with this company to cancel my timeshare with Wyndham Worldmark Vacations. The contract had a money back guarantee if they were not able to cancel the timeshare. I paid them $15,000 for this service. We were about three quarters of the way through the process, and were actively providing documentation to them monthly to assist with the process. Immediately after Christmas, December 2025, my emails started being returned saying the mailing addresses not valid. When I tried calling, the number had been disconnected. All their social media accounts have been deleted. There website still exists at the time of this report, but none of the contact us information is valid.

    In 2021 they reached out, and we thought it would be good to cancel our timeshare. Thet advised us to stop paying the monthly payment and it would be blocked from our credit report. I last heard from them in August of 2024 via email, stating that it would take 18 months. I tried calling for an update and no phone number is working. We paid thousands of dollars for them to assist us and now our credit report is bad because of their advise.

    Contracted with *** on August 25, 2023 via $3,000 payment to sell my timeshare at *****************, *******, **, ***************. Contract is valid until August 25, 2026. Have not been able to contact CCG by telephone, email, or voice message since August 2024. Voice messages are not returned. Since October 2024, I cannot reach the company at any of their four telephone numbers as I get a busy signal or disconnected. I need to get in touch with CCG to get status of the sale as I was told on our last conversation that they were very close with the sale. I have since received a call from *************** that they received a letter in August from me (via CCG) that I contracted with a third party (CCG) to sell my timeshare. The ******* agent stated that they cannot help me unless I end my representation with CCG and demand a refund. I cannot do as I can't get in touch with them.

    1/23/25 - Sent certified letter to CCG and it was returned.  ************************** and they state business no longer at this address.  You may close this complaint.  I appeciate your assistance and follow through with this company.
