    In July of 2023, we engaged in a contract with the Consumer Consulting Group to exit our Westgate Timeshare.We paid them $9,000 for them to help us exit our Timeshare.We were told that it would take 3 to 6 months to get us our exit and they guaranteed it.We were advised to not pay any HOA fees, taxes, etc. Now we owe over $3,000 to *********We were told we could not use the resort at all while they were working on our exit.We followed up with them many times asking for an updates.Our last correspondence with them was December 2024.They advised it would take 14 months, so we would follow up every couple of months.I tried to email and call and none of the #'s worked.I checked the BBB and they are not accredited with them.They were supposed to be accredited with the NCPEC.Low and behold I was unable to contact anyone and they have gone out of ************ can we file a class action lawsuit to get a refund because they did not provide what they *************!!

    In March 2023 representatives of Consumer Consulting Group, LLC hosted an information dinner claiming that they could help timeshare owners terminate their contracts. We engaged with them and were asked to pay off the outstanding timeshare mortgage we owed ($19,525 at that time). Funds were transferred to Consumer Protect ACH. We were assured that our timeshare contract would be terminated within a year. After more than 18 months, including emails and phone calls which assured us that they were actively working on our behalf, we had yet to see any results. We were even asked to enroll in a program that afforded us VIP service and communication. Soon after this, we actually then heard nothing from the company. I then wrote directly to **** ******** as well as the *** via emails requesting a refund of our $19,525. We have continued to pay our monthly timeshare mortgage & annual maintenance fee to keep our credit rating in good standing. It was then that we learned that the Consumer Consulting Group, LLC appears to no longer be in business.

    On September 11 2023 i had signed up for an agreement with Consumer Consulting Group to help cancel my timeshare contract and would stay up to date on my case in a timely manner. Communication didnt start the best i would reach out to the company in regards to my timeshare for any paperwork i recieved since i stopped payment on my timeshare company. As months went by i asked for a follow up and never really got a response. As i tried calling and checking now 1 yr 1/2 later i see no website is available and no phone numbers are active at all. I had applied for a loan through a company that the timeshare offered for monthly payments and i have still been paying for services that were never rendered! I went to the companies webpage which is non exsistent and i came a cross a page where the owner **** ******** for ******* is being called out for being a scam artist and so many consumers have been cheated out of their money just like myself And some are still paying me on this loan as well.

    April 2022, $1,700 was paid to Consumer Consulting Group to exit my timeshare ownership.They never completed the transaction. They stopped communicating with me after 2 years and I was never able to receive a response when I contacted them after that time period up to the present time.

    My husband and I contacted Consumer Consulting Group LLC in January 2021 regarding a timeshare that we have with Diamond Resorts. We wanted the timeshare cancelled. We paid the company $5,500.00 dollars to get the timeshare cancelled. They assured us that they have been successful in getting many cancellations done to date. We specifically asked what would happen if they didn't get the timeshare cancelled. Their response was that we had nothing to lose because in the event that they didn't get a cancellation, the company would take on the liability of the timeshare. Consumer Consulting Group assured us that they could get this done within 12 to 18 months. They instructed us to stop paying Diamond, placed a credit alert on our account, and sent us mail saying that they sent cease and desist letter to Diamond Resorts. After the group got the full amount charged for the cancellation, they stop contacting us. We start getting suspicious when we found that whenever we call, there was always a new employee assigned to our case who didn't seem to have any information regarding to progress of the case.We emailed Consumer Consulting Group December last year after being unable to reach them by phone. This is the response that we got, "Thank you for your email. We have received your message. Based on the arrival time your message is being reviewed and responded to accordingly." We have not gotten another response from them since. We tried to contact them by phone and email; but, nothing works.

    I am formally filing a complaint against Consumer Consulting Group LLC for engaging in fraudulent and deceptive business practices. On October 24, 2022, I paid $40,000 based on their explicit assurances that they would lawfully and permanently eliminate my financial obligations related to my timeshare within six to nine months. More than two years have passed, and they have failed to take any substantive action.Throughout this period, the company has provided nothing but false assurances, ignored communications, and blatant misrepresentations of their capabilities. Their actions demonstrate a clear pattern of fraud and bad faith, misleading consumers while failing to uphold their contractual and ethical obligations. Despite my repeated demands for accountability, they have refused to provide any evidence of progress or issue a refund.I demand an immediate and full refund of the $40,000 paid. If this company does not comply, I will pursue all available legal remedies, including regulatory complaints, civil litigation, and public exposure of their fraudulent conduct. I urge the BBB to take immediate action to investigate and hold Consumer Consulting Group LLC accountable for their deceptive business practices.

    This company reached out to us in hopes to get us out of our timeshare, they sold us the dream said we had a case and told us to stop paying our timeshare and pay thme $8k. we have then made 6 months worth of payments and had our credit tank from them not doing one single thing they said. we are now worse than we were and they have stopped responding to our calls and emails. website seem to have been taken down

    They went out of business after the fact. After taking hundreds of dollars in hundred of people. There has to be something you can do

    I hired this company in 2022 to help us get rid of a timeshare we do not want. They assured us they could get it done in 18 months. It is now almost three years later without resolution. I received an email in November of 2024 with a status update that looked like they were still working on it. Today, I received a call from a debt collector. I tried reaching out to all the contacts I have and no one answered. Emails were also returned. It looks like they are out of business because the web site is no longer working either. I came here and it looks like others are having the same issue. Additionally, we paid the money to resolve this and there is no resolution. I would like a refund.

    We hired Consumer Consulting Group in March 2021 to cancel our timeshare with *************** We paid them $2,500 and sent them all of our corresponding documentation as well as updated notices from debt collectors and the timeshare asking for money and threatening our credit for maintenance fee payments. We signed a POA for them to represent us. We have received very little customer service and now all of their phone numbers are disconnected and we cannot reach anyone with this company. We were advised this process could take up to 3 years to complete. We personally communicated via email with **** the CEO in November 2024 and he assured us they were filing settlement options with *************** Each month over the last 3 years we have sent CCG copies of all correspondence we have been sent from ************** we receive a generic notice repeating the same information as to what they are doing to resolve. This is a disservice and has been resulting in a great deal of stress. We were promised 100% cancellation and no further issues with our timeshare. This type of business practice should be criminal! Please, please help as I am now seeing so many complaints filed to the BBB that this is causing some great anxiety. Thank you!
