I tried to remove my information from this website that wont remove it because the email was not removal it had said it was busy. Normally there is a way to delete but they have not done so by email and still on ******. I am filing this complaint against Unmask.com regarding their refusal to allow me to opt out of having my personal information displayed on their website. Despite multiple attempts, every time I try to submit an opt-out request, a message appears stating that my IP address has been ********** a non-consenting individual, I never authorized my information to be published and I have the right to have it removed. Blocking my access to the opt-out process prevents me from exercising my privacy rights and leaves my personal data exposed without my permission.I am requesting that the BBB take action to ensure Unmask.com immediately removes my personal information from their website and ceases the practice of obstructing individuals from opting out.Business Response

This company is not correct in what they sell about me. Posting addresses in cities I've never heard of let alone lived in. Like 20 phone numbers that I've never had. They even have a criminal judgement posted which could have severely impacted my job (operations executive). Seeing I have never in my life been detained let alone charged and convicted of anything and can easily prove only cuffs I've worn were covered in pink fur. I discovered my information on their website on 7/28/25. I looked up how to opt out/remove my information. I followed all the steps but then when I hit submit it says the site has limited me and can't complete it. I emailed ********************************** and asked them to remove. Hi,Over and over I have asked unmask.com to delete my personal information from the internet through opt out. I joined delete me to make sure its deleted, ye if you go on Copilot it shows all my personal information and says it is coming from unmask.com. I have submitted several request to have my info removed from Unmask.com. Upon checking to see if my info was still on there (which it is) I attempted to submit another request for removal. I then got an error screen stating my IP is blocked. So not only have they not removed my info, they are now blocking me from submitting anymore request. I have removed my info from several other sites and have never run into theses problems. Its like they are making money off of our personal information and are giving us the run around so they dont have to remove it.Business Response
