    Hi, I opened a complaint at BBB ********* since they are showing they are getting information from unmask.com, since unmask.vom deleted my information last year, ********* in copilot is disclosing non public information about me and that is in violation of my privacy. Thank you.?

    We have thoroughly reviewed your complaint regarding the availability of your information on the Copilot AI platform. We understand this concern is of utmost importance to you.

    We have also received your email regarding this concern, along with screenshots of the Copilot responses to your search. 

    To further clarify, the record associated with you has already been successfully deleted from our website as of 10/24/2024. The link you have provided opens up to our report search loading page, which automatically inputs the name and location used in the search bar to generate a report. However, since your information has been removed, there will ultimately be no results found at the end of the loading process. Please note, since there are no results, the site may reroute you to a similar background check site where your information might still be available. If you locate your information on a different site, we recommend reaching out to that site directly for assistance in removal.

    In regards to your information showing in your Copilot response, it appears that Copilot is accessing historical data that was stored prior to your opt-out request being fulfilled. We can confirm that your report is not currently available in our database on UnMask.com, but we are unable to control what outdated information is displayed by third party platforms. If you are still seeing a report for UnMask pulled up in Copilot, we advise you to report the outdated information to Copilot at this time.

    I am following up with BBB complaint against ********* on Copilot for disclosing personal information about me which is not public because I opted out of unmask.com and every other data broker. I also use the ********* service, Copilot is violating my personal safety by disclosing this information that is not publicly available and should explain why they are picking up data that was opted out a long time ago.     I, and my data removal services have requested Unmask to remove my data multiple times within the last year. Unmask has refused to reply to this matter. A lot of the data on this site listed is not either random or not correct. I would like this data removed within a timely manner please.
