I wanted to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had with a recent To-Go order from your establishment.I placed an order for two steaks and salmon, intending to enjoy them for a celebration. Upon arrival to pick up my order, I discovered that one of the steaks was cooked to medium-well instead of the requested doneness. When I raised this concern, I was informed that it would take an additional 20 minutes to correct the error. Regrettably, due to time constraints, I couldn't afford to wait.After expressing my dilemma, the situation was escalated to the manager, who assured me that the steak would only take 10 minutes. However, there was no acknowledgment or solution offered for the delay in receiving the other items of my order.To exacerbate matters, when I inquired about the remaining food, I was met with a dismissive response suggesting that reheating was an option, accompanied by a smirk. This response was not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing.Furthermore, the manager's attempt at intimidation by questioning my name, both first and last, was unnecessary and only added to the discomfort of the situation.As a loyal patron of Capital Grille, I have never encountered such poor treatment. My Fiance and I ordered food from this business and we roughly spent $70. We specifically ordered over the phone and I expressed to the order taker that I specifically wanted a promotional item that I had purchased previously. My fiance and I drove from ******, ******** just to eat at Longhorn. We missing food items out of our order and couldnt go right back to the store bcs they had locked the doors bcs of closing at 10:00 but it was 9:55 when we tried to reenter the business. This was 3/06/2024 it has been 3 days and they have not tried to correct the situation at all! I spoke with management and she proceeded to over talk me, wouldnt listen to the point I wanted to speak with her boss. I kept the 3 receipts that they gave me and provided the receipt number over the phone and I still have not been recompensated as of 3/9/2024! Management was rude and argumentative. They are very unprofessional and should have made sure that everything was included in the order and they did not. I feel like my services were not complete and they didnt care about our business at all. I will think twice before I drive 30 miles to eat at a place that displayed very poor customer service! I am very disappointed!!!!! And probably will never eat there again or celebrate any more birthday parties. My first visit was indeed to celebrate a family members birthday but never again!!!!!!Review from Guya J

The location I visited was extremely unprofessional. They provided a time to arrive that food would be available. I arrive and check in early. ********************************************************************** I called, no answer. I enter the building to inquire only to find that my food has been sitting behind the representative. Being that this was my lunch break and so much time had already been lost. I followed up with the restaurant via phone and request to speak to the manager , I was Prematurely disconnected twice before finally connecting with someone who identified themselves as the manager. I requested a refund of my tip as no service was rendered to me and due to my dissatisfaction with the experience. The manager insisted I would need to further inconvenience myself to receive the refund. Once i requested this persons name to escalate my concerns further. The person quickly and disrespectfully disconnected. As a result of this horrible experience I am requesting full refund today. Longhorn steakhouse ******, **Darden Restaurants, Inc. Response

After church dinner, Olive garden there were some mistakes in our order it happens manager, ******* told me it is not their fault that us kind of people dont speak clear English. She told me not to come back. Dont want my business and us kind of people dont need to come back dont want our business. This restaurant needs a reality check! Ive ordered from this restaurant over 6 times in the last 60 days. The first three times were okay, the others have been h*** After 8pm they slack on curbside, tonight I placed an order and food never arrived , never for the text either that ask what curbside park are you in. I waited pass the time that the email advised my food would be out. I eventually had to walk inside when I question one guy who worked there about the wait he replied Just go to the bar; we dont do curbside once it get dark I knew instantaneously that was a complete lie, reported this to an African American man with a ***** who advised he was the manager he walked off in mid sentence to the back as if I wasnt there, he really need to learn soft skills. This low class employees are really bringing down Longhorn reputation, its not even about being compensated its more so of DOING YOUR JOB THE CORRECT WAY ESP WHEN WE the customers are tipping helping to pay your hourly wage! Im highly considering never coming back to this location again unless I can have a general manager reassure me I will never run into these type of issues ago, this is the prime definition of CUSTOMER ABUSE! ********************** executives need to come to this location after normal hours and pretend to be a customer and see how disrespectful they are treated Im at a loss for words!!!!Darden Restaurants, Inc. I was part of a group of about 15 people on 1/21/23 (baseball team with some wives). We had good service and told the wait staff so (and the manager). When my check came I noticed it was preprinted with suggested tip amounts of 15%, 18%, and 20%. I wrote in the 20% amount, which was $5.35 for a bill of $26.73, making the total $32.08. When my credit card bill arrived, the charge from ************* showed $32.73. A difference of 65 cents. It appears Bahama Breeze automatically rounded my tip UP to the nearest dollar (if you add 65 cents to my tip of $5.35 it equals $6.00).I'm not too concerned about a 65 cents overcharge, but I am concerned if this is a normal business practice of Bahama Breeze. I have my paper receipt showing the tip I wrote in. And I have my credit card statement showing the total charge being 65 cents more No one asked if I wanted to round up, No one had to do any fancy math to figure out change to give me (it was a credit card!). They just helped themselves to extra money. If they do this to everyone, that's likely a good "chunk of change" (pun intended). It is sketchy at best, and criminal at worst. The food wasnt prepared well. Ordered 1 steak medium rare and it was medium well. Chicken Fried Chicken had way too much salt in the batter. It was un-eatable. Which leads me to the service.I asked the manager to take it back to the kitchen and he walked off. My family had just started eating and no one showed to remove it. I turned around and put the plate on the table behind us. It stayed there the entire time my family was eating.At the beginning of the experience, we ordered our drinks and two appetizers. When the drinks showed, I could tell our server was not happy serving us. Our dinner salads came out and we finished them in a few minutes. We were sitting there talking for about five minutes not eating our salads. Our waitress showed and asked if we were done with our queso and chips with queso and chips still on the platter. I told her we were done with our salads. She picked up the queso quickly and said shed get the salad bowls later. By this time her disfavor of serving us was completely evident! When the meals came, the waitress acted as if she couldnt place my plate in front of me. She ended up droppin/sliding it down spilling my coffee cream. She was very unapologetic and handed my wife napkins to clean it up. We cleaned up her mess.The service was slow and we never got refills on our drinks. This restaurant, waitress and manager have the title of the second worst experience my family has ever had. The first one was at a Taqueria in **********, ***** 25 years ago.I have no idea what we did to deserve such insolence from this waitress, manager and restaurant. This restaurant has had 185 reviews and has only a 3 star rating.We ate at **************** the night before and were served by hood rats who were extremely polite and professional. I left a 30% tip. were not the only group that has been treated poorly. ZERO STARS I went to Olive Garden in Fairborn/Beavercreek this evening with my 7 year old daughter. Once seated, a server came and asked if she could speak with me. I said ok and she walked away from me to follow her. She proceeded to tell me that I can eat there but that the last 4 times, her and a few other servers recognized me and that I dined and dashed. I then told her that she had the wrong person that it wasn’t me. I told her that multiple times. I also told her the last time I was there was with my mom, nana, daughter and daughter’s friend. She didn’t agree with me and told me I could eat but needed to pay my bill. She couldn’t provide any proof of the times she is thinking of. I went back to my table where my 7 year old daughter was at because the server had me follow her to the lobby. Once I sat down I asked our server for the manager. Once the manager came to the table, it was the same server that pulled me aside to tell me that I dined and dashed. I laughed, I seriously couldn’t believe it. I said we are not eating here, you just accused me of not paying my bills, but couldn’t provide me any proof. I asked for her manager name and contact, she gave me a card with George’s name and I asked for her info and she gave me her card. I said to her that she is very unprofessional. My daughter and I walked out while she was still saying stuff to us. I got to my car and called my husband and my nana to tell them what had happened. My daughter was scared that Jenise the server was going to come out to our car. I will not return to that location and I certainly hope that she is FIRED for this. I will spread this information to everyone I know and I will share all over the internet. I can be reached by my cell **********. I am confident that I will get this situation out to everyone. Good Day I recently had the worse experience at Olive in Humble Texas we decided to go there before dropping off my son to the airport we had my mother with us and she hadn’t eaten all day and need to eat to take her medication what she ordered wasn’t what she expected so they decided to replace it but took forever and we had to end up taken her food to go because we had to get to the airport the manager came over she had the worse attitude ever I informed I would be filing a complaint and she do that I couldn’t believe how we were treated that is her favorite place to go after this experience we will not be going backDarden Restaurants, Inc.
