I wanted to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had with a recent To-Go order from your establishment.I placed an order for two steaks and salmon, intending to enjoy them for a celebration. Upon arrival to pick up my order, I discovered that one of the steaks was cooked to medium-well instead of the requested doneness. When I raised this concern, I was informed that it would take an additional 20 minutes to correct the error. Regrettably, due to time constraints, I couldn't afford to wait.After expressing my dilemma, the situation was escalated to the manager, who assured me that the steak would only take 10 minutes. However, there was no acknowledgment or solution offered for the delay in receiving the other items of my order.To exacerbate matters, when I inquired about the remaining food, I was met with a dismissive response suggesting that reheating was an option, accompanied by a smirk. This response was not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing.Furthermore, the manager's attempt at intimidation by questioning my name, both first and last, was unnecessary and only added to the discomfort of the situation.As a loyal patron of Capital Grille, I have never encountered such poor treatment.
