    Classic bait and switch. You book a good price online. When you get there they tack on more fees than the price of the rental. They allow you to book online with Amex but won't accept it at the location so you are forced to buy their overpriced and required insurance. They also demand that you buy a toll package (extra $200) and if you don't then you are charged $28 penalty plus the cost of the toll each time you go through a toll plaza. They know once you get to their location you'll have no other option. Really sleazy place.

    Hello, Matt Green Motion Orlando does not accept AMEX is actually stated on the terms & conditions on our web page www.greenmotion.com/terms and on 3rd party websites.

    Green Motion gave us a dirty, dinged up car with a system malfunction. Booked through third party. Also it closes on Sundays, so I had to pay an overnight parking fee to return the car.

    Booked through 3rd party. Arrived to car rental place a half an hour before they supposedly closed. I arrived to an unlit building. No car. Has to Uber to hotel. Would give 0 stars if possible.

    **DO NOT RENT FROM GREEN MOTION!!!! Total scam. We waited 30 min for them to pick us up at the airport, the. Had to wait another 30 min in line listening to how the customers in front of us were being treated. We were all told it would be an additional $1700 on top of what we already paid, but when it was our turn at the counter we were 2 min past our allotted time to pick up our car. So we no longer had a car and was told it would be refunded automatically. Well it wasn't and now being told we were a "no show" and that's non refundable. So be aware!!!!

    Rented from the one by LAX.... In line at an hour and a half from rental time... their customer service was so slow that by the time we got to the front it was at 2 hours. They cancel the reservation and still charge you because of not being there by the 2 hours. Nothing in the confirmation states the 2 hour time requirement. Can they legally cancel our reservation and still charge us? Had to give at least one star.. but really rating a zero

    This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental. I went to Orlando booked this car rental when I got there the price was increased from 160.38 to 816.00 for 3 1/2 days. I complained, A man waited on us. He was extremely disrespectful and rude. He lied about his name. I was told when I called to complain they were sorry for what the car rental agency was charging but that the car rental establishment would have to change the price to the price I was given, but they refused. Horrible service, no manager, I would read reviews on yelp also. Please beware. I lost a whole day of my trip because of this car rental agency.
