    This company is so amazing! Once I told them that I was in a rush, they inspected my order within an hour of getting it. Even though I did get an adjusted offer for less money, they were super friendly about providing proof of damage to the phone. They even were flexible with the offer and gave me a few extra dollars on top of the adjusted offer. I got payment on the same day that they got the order. The whole process was free and easy. It took 2 days to get paid after I shipped the item. I think this is the best company I have ever done business with!

    Screwed me on my flawless Iphone 14 512GB! Gave me ****** Less than original offer, Phone was flawless as described, they flat out lied and said it had scratches! Any scratches on phone were caused by them!! I will never do business with them again! BEWARE!!!

    After checking your order details it looks like that your order has been adjusted due to some scratches on the screen.
    For orders submitted as being in "Flawless" condition, the device must be "with zero scratches, scuffs or other marks. **************".
    Devices with scratches on the screen would fall under our "Good" condition category. All this information is specified on our website when choosing the condition of the device.

    We are very careful about our customer's devices because we understand that these devices are not our property, so the device could not have been damaged in our office. We also had the option of returning the device back for free in case the customer does not agree with our assessment.

    There was No scratches anywhere on this phone , GadgetPickup damaged my phone, then offered to return it ,if I was satisfied! Beware to whomever is reading this, or thinking about using gadgetpickup, they damgaged my phone,and then shorted me on my money.I will Never use this company again!! They lied and tried to play it off!!! Never again!!!

    Gadget Pick Up was referred to me. I was extremely nervous never having sold anything before.They respond promptly, efficiently, communicate clearly and were extremely courteous. I have absolutely no hesitation using them or recommending them to anyone.I sold a brand new , never opened iPad, I won at work.Don't waste your time shopping around, these guys are fair and great!

    Such a bad experience. GadgetPickup should fix the questionnaire when people submit a trade-in to avoid bad reviews. GadgetPickupshould have a 1-2-3 section similar to PLEASE SELECT THE PHONE'S CARRIER, IS YOUR PHONE BLACKLISTED, ACTIVATION LOCKED or FINANCED? YES or NO instead of having to click on it tosee the information which can be easily overlooked. Battery capacity?? That question should be there too. Phone is flawless but if the battery is 94 percent, then phone is good not flawless. If the right questions are asked, people like me won't continue with the trade-in unless that's whatGadgetPickup islookingfor. Send the phone and then deal with the price reduction. Not cool.

    1) Regarding the condition of the battery: On our website, when selecting the condition, it is indicated what battery health percentage of the battery should be.

    2) Regarding the description for devices with bad ESN: We have a hint on the website when choosing a carrier, where this information is indicated.
