There was an issue with the device I was trading in - something that I was unaware of prior to mailing them the device - and their customer service rep was very helpful.     Sold a last gen ****** that had barely been used. GP offered the best competitive price. They mailed the shipping label promptly and i received the money in my account a week after i mailed the device back. It was a huge risk just mailing a valuable away but they corresponded every step of the way. Completely legitimate

    Super fast for having to mail them a phone. But definitely worth it as they paid twice the amount as any of the other options. It was an iPhone 12 that worked and the screen still functioned even though it was cracked.
