      One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered in my life. Got brought in on an RV that wasn't here. Sold another one they tried to charge me 8k for "maintenance" I walked up and left the manager called me said he work a deal I come back it's not what I wanted but close enough without that 8k maintenance add on BS. NO ONE told me that my card required additional hitch hookups until the deal was closed. I waited another month spent $800 on the parts just to he told it wasn't good enough it had to be done there?! Called had it scheduled they knew nothing off it both times Talked to GM *** who was supposed to help he ended up disappearing to his office. This place is a JOKE!!!! TUN AND SYAY away!!!!!

      Boy were we taken!! Don't use this dealer. Bought Used RV so signed c as is agreement but on first trip out on own Toilet leaks, awning falling apart etc All I can say is NO NO NO to this dealer and will be ****** a **** load to get rid of this BAD PURCHASE

      If I could give a 0 star I would!! I just picked up my Fifth Wheel I just purchased from Optimum Rv In Zephyrhills, **. was delivered on Saturday 8/16/25 by a *** that they recommended. I ended up paying for delivery because I was not told before hand that they do not deliver?? Them on my walk thru the *** said the sewer hoses were in the storage but when I got to my site and went to hook them up they were not there!! I had to go spend another 200 on hoses. Now Wednesday 8/20/25 not even a week in the holding tank just fell out of the camper!! They are not willing to help at all except to give me a tech's number to pay to have it fixed. I really don't think I should have to pay this it is NOT my fault this happened!! I haven't even made my first payment yet on this ******** fifth wheel.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a camper and warranty through them. 2 years later, we traded it in and canceled the warranty. With this process the balance of the warranty is sent back to Optimum, not sure why. This check was sent to them over 2 months ago and I have yet to get my money. The "manager" is never available nor does he return my many phone calls. At this point they have basically stolen my money. Do Not Buy Anything from them!

The warranty refund process does involve the funds being sent back to the dealership first, and we understand how delays in this process can be concerning.       I purchased a motor home in April 19 2024 I had issues the day I purchased it . I used my husband life insurance to buy this unit from *********** ,** and traded a amazing pull behind for it . We drove it home parked in road to be able to pull in my drive way and it wouldn't Shift out of park . My son inlaw got it to shift by pushing the shifting siliniod . Optimum mechanic came 2 week later saying it was a blowed fuse NOT .TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORTER. I VE HAD IT IN GARAGE 2 BEFORE spending almost 1000$ . Optimum called wanting to sell on consignment .so I took it with my son in law to Ocala . When they discovered shifting issue they demanded I come get it . And REFUSED to fix the issue . I was very upset thier basic responds was YOU PURCHASED THE **** DEAL WITH THE ISSUES . MY LAST RESORT my son in law had a friend that used to work for Lazy Days in the village in Florida .they were the only ones who could or would even look at the issue .Well 4000$ later they found major wiring issues .some melted and some where worked on before .Yes I finally have the unit I paid for . Plus all the repairs I'm upside down but no longer with OPTIMUM RV ID NEVER BUY A SHOE FROM THEM

      ****** p helped us with putting our travel trailer on consignment. She was tremendous and checked with us at each and every step. She went above and beyond what most people would have. Strongly recommend a big bonus for her!

      Stay away from these con artists. Drove 2.5 hours after agreeing on a price and putting a deposit down on the camper that the salesperson said locked in my price just for them to tell me they screwed up and had me down for a $10,000 down payment when there was no discussion of a down payment. After they admitted their wrongdoing they did nothing to try to make it right. Will never buy from them again and will spread the word to go elsewhere.

      I sure wish I had done my due diligence before stepping onto their property. The general manager is arrogant and a liar. When I asked to speak to his boss, he said that there is no one above him. The finance manager is rude and arrogant as well. They are a bunch of thieves and liars. They were supposed to put a clear coat on our rv, but didn't. Not only did they have to fix a laundry list of things wrong, they didn't give us the remote for the fireplace and when I asked them to send me one, they sent the wrong one. DO NOT USE OPTIMUM RV IN OCALA.

      They are liars!I would give them a negative number if I could. Wasted almost all morning talking to ****** about them buying my RV. He said he could help me with them buying it. Then after a lot of questions he then tells me my only option is consignment!! Then he said he didn't lie about it. Well, evading telling the truth is the same as lying!THEIR WEBSITE SAYS NOTHING ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO PURCHASE BASED ON AGE!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

      We do purchase RVs; however, certain factors can prevent us from making a direct purchase, and these are typically identified during the inspection process or through questions that we ask our consigners. ****** would not have been aware of these details before that step, and we always get a second opinion before making a purchase. As an alternative, we offered you consignment, which often results in a higher return compared to a direct purchase.
      That said, your review suggests you were misled and offered no assistance from our team, which is simply not an accurate reflection of your experience with us. We do understand you are in immediate need of cash to assist with relocation, but its unfair to publicly misrepresent our efforts simply because our offer did not align with your expectations. Our team worked to provide options and assist you in the best way possible under the circumstances.

      Zero this business ***** ,don't waste your time ,they will bend u over *** *** *** ****. ***** mistake I ever made buying from these rip offs
