Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the ** you chose. We understand that you might feel like we did not provide you with all the information you needed to make an informed decision, but we want to assure you that we always aim to be transparent and provide our customers with all the details they need.
Our sales staff put in a lot of effort to show you the ** in the best possible light, even when you couldn't be there in person. We sent several videos that highlighted all the major flaws and defects of the used **, in addition to the FaceTime calls. All the details and information shared with you were reviewed by our senior management team, and we believe that the ** was shown in its current condition.
We understand that you decided not to purchase the ** once you saw it in person, and we refunded your deposit accordingly. However, we were unable to reimburse you for your fuel or a portion of your trip as we feel we were fully transparent with you about the **'s overall condition.
