    My daughter purchased this styler on 10/24. We havent heard anything from them so I emailed them on 11/10 through their online form, no direct email address. Still have not heard from them as to when she is getting the styler. The amount of $59.97 was deducted from my bank account on 10/24. I emailed them again and still havent heard from back. I would like the product asap or my money back.

    Order # ****: On Oct. 8th I purchased 2 Swiftstylers and a travel bag totaling $137.91 in which was taken out of my account on that date. The items were to be shipped out 1-2 business days and I would receive an email when shipped. I have never received an email and when I track the item it has never shipped. I have never received the items and I have emailed this company numerous times with no respond. I have asked for a refund and have received nothing. I no longer want the products I just want a refund it has been over a month since I placed the order.

    Ordered a product from them September 18, **** and paid with a credit card. Received an order number and they said they would ship immediately . As of 11/13/2022 I have not received my item. I have emailed them numerous times with no response . I would like the courtesy of an answer. Credit card company is aware .

    Purchased the Swift Styler on 10/3/22 for $59.97, order number ****. I have contacted the company several times for an answer on when my item would be shipped or to get a tracking number. I have not gotten any kind of response.

    Ordered item on 9/26/2022 and received Order #**** Charged for item on 9/26/2022 Paid for Express Shipping ($2.99) to receive item within 10 days Contacted via website 10/5/2022 as no phone number listed with response expected within 24 hours per website Two days later received an email apologizing the item not shipping due to an error in their processing system preventing shipment Refunded $2.99 for express shipping (which was promptly deposited back into bank account) and stated would receive a tracking number the next day, which one has never been received. Tried contact 3 additional times via website form and also email provided on website with no further responses. Tried calling number listed on BBB website and automatically transferred to voicemail after half a ring.Just want my remaining money refunded in the amount of $59.97.

    I ordered my product on September 21, 2022 and was directed to shop app to track my order. Theres not tracking it there, there is no **** tracking number anywhere and the company has not responded to the 5 emails I have sent.

    Ordered a product from Swiftstyling off an online add. Payment deducted from my bank 10/11 (ordered I believe 10/3). Never got any confirmation email. Have emailed customer service through their website probably 5x now with no response. https://swiftstyling.com/. Now see all kinds of reviews about scam online. Just want my money back at this point.

    I placed my order online (Order # ****) on 9/30/2022. I haven't received an update on shipping as their website said the product would ship within 1-2 business days, I emailed the company 4 times and have not received any responses as of today (10/7/22). My last email that I sent was requesting that my order be cancelled and a refund should be sent back to me for the item; as I haven't heard anything from them regarding updates. This company seems like a SCAM and I believe they should be reprimanded for it. Who knows how many other people were scammed for their money. I will be contacting my bank today to dispute the transaction.
