    Same complaint as the rest. I order September 2022 and never even got a response. Might just have to dispute my card charges. This is outrageous!

    Placed an order, never got a confirmation email, yet my credit card was still charged. It has been over a month and I have gotten nothing, including no response when I try to contact them through their email. Theybhave no phone number listed.

    If I could give no stars I would I bought 2 of the swift stylers and paid for express shipping I have not received anything nor my money back! Ive sent at least 6 emails claiming I want my money back or they need to send my order I have never received a response! I am out $130 because of these people and I am not happy with this company nor TikTok for advertising it thinking it when all they do is take peoples money! This is a scam and someone do needs to do something about it!

    I ordered in beginning of October, I was dumb and ordered two! No tracking email, I have tried contacting them at least 4 times and no resolve or response. Im out $120! Very bad site and soups be shut down!

    I have been waiting 2 Months for my order and sent out 4 Emails with no response. This is terrible why people do this shit. 60$ is a lot of money to throw in the trash.

    I placed my order over a month ago and have contacted this company multiple times. Still havent received tracking nor what I ordered. They WILL NOT email me back. The phone number listed below goes straight to voicemail. I guess I am out $60.. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    Same story as the rest. Placed an order at the end of August and paid extra for priority fullfillment. I however did receive 1 response from the company about a month ago with false promises. No other responses since:"We can confirm that your order will be provided a tracking number today, or very early tomorrow morning, at the latest. There is currently a delay in our fulfillment process due to a mass influx of orders since our recent gain in popularity. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and rest assure you will be receiving your order!As soon as your tracking number is provided you will receive a notification via email or phone number, depending on which you provided. You will also receive constant tracking updates as it is shipped to your address through email and your tracking page. Please check your spam folder if you do not see these emails, as sometimes our emails are put into the spam folder. If you have not entered your email during checkout, and would like email tracking updates, please let us know, but remember you can always see where your package is by visiting your tracking page!If you would like, because of the delay we can refund your Express Shipment payment, but we'd like to make it clear that this option will still help your order be processed and arrive quicker, even during our current slight delay. We are here for any questions, comments, or concerns you may have, so please dont hesitate to contact us at any time for any reason! Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we promise to solve any problems you're experiencing!"

    I ordered it October 10th and its November 7th and its not here yet and I lost 60$, Im not happy at all and I want my money back and I want to know why its taking forever to get here
