On 10/3/22 I ordered a swiftstyling 5 in 1 set of tools that I was charged $***** , and my order number was #**** . On 1/31/2023 I sent them an email inquiring about my shipment details as it had been several months and I had no change in processing/shipment. I had no reply. I sent another email on 2/8/2023 explaining that if they did not either get in touch with me or issue me a refund, I would be taking further actions, and still no response. My card still has the ***** charge on it and I have zero communication from the business. I have plenty of screen shots, bank receipts, and emails to them I could share.Initial Complaint

I purchased the swiftstyler from the merchant online and never received a tracking number or a response to any of the emails I sent. I tried to contact them 3 or 4 times at least to get an update and heard nothing back. I spent $73.95 on this on October 8, ******************************************** the product. I told them if I hadnt heard back I would report them to the BBB and gave them weeks to respond so now Im seeking help to resolve this. At the very least try to get my money back or get the product at bought.Initial Complaint

Purchased on Sept 30th 2022 I have yet to receive the product let alone a tracking email. I have tried to contact company multiple times. There has been no communication in return . Order was placed September 28 and paid for expedited processing! After at least 3 emails I got a bottled response and they asked me not to spam their inbox anymore! Made a purchase with this company in mid October. It is now mid December. I have emailed numerous times to find out where my order was, when it will be shipped , and asking for a refund. I purchase the Swift Styling set for a bday present on 9/18 for *****. When the item showed me that it was never sent, I contacted them via email because there is no phone number, and shared my concern that my item has not been shipped. I did get a response back within 24 hours and they said that they would pop it in priority so that I would get it right away. I still never received the item. *** tried to send multiple emails and now no one will respond besides the lady who responded after my first email. I have been extremely kind and patient but Ive now become very frustrated with the situation. I would like a full refund.Initial Complaint

I made a transaction at swiftstyling.com on November 13th. The order number I received via a confirmation email is #****. This so called confirmation email was found in my Junk folder. So I was unaware that my purchase even went through for 2 days. I was charged a total of $78.94 on my ************ Debit. $73.95 for the product itself and a additional $4.99 for Express ************ Shipping + ******************** (Skip the Line).If you go throughout their website, they come off as a legit with their Terms of Service. But unfortunately I have had no response from Swiftstyling and found many reviews of others who have experienced what I am currently dealing with. They state to not receive their money back and many claim to wait months with no contact from the company. Another reason I felt the website was trustworthy was because they claim to go through Shop, an app that I have had for many years and has never failed me. I will provide a photo which shows that my order Could Not Be Found when searched through their website. As well as proof of charge on my ************ debit card, the confirmation email, order receipt through the Shop app. I am filing this complaint in hopes to be refunded for this scam.Thank youInitial Complaint

I ordered 2 Swiftstyling products for Christmas on October 2nd 2022 Order # ****************************************************************************** back and its been over a month. I paid for the fast shipping as well.
