      Zoomtan are refusing service to customers who have already paid for the service unless we as legacy customers agree to a new contract with a 400% pricing increase. I believe this is outside of the terms of agreement for legacy customers. Services cannot be refused when they comply with existing agreements.Current legacy customers pay $9.99 per month. This is the new agreement link:********************************************************** Service is being refused unless we sign the new agreement. Im going to stay on my existing agreement and expect services as stated in that agreement.

      I have been a EFT member for more than 5 years. I pay ***** month for legacy unlimited level 1 spray and tanning. I received a text on 3/22/2023 that states my membership will increase to $59/month for all in one sun and sunless membership. This package is not comparable by any means to my current package and the highest priced package they offer. They're response "We are losing money on every $***** membership" Is this legal to automatically change memberships? not offer a similar membership? I absolutely love zoom tan and recommend them to all. I would love to see a membership equivalent to current package.

      My debit card that was provided in my account details was stolen .I went on the web page and tried to cancel my membership .however they will not allow me to do so without updating my financial information. I do not intend to continue using this service. And I haven't been there in 2 months .without the option of canceling my . can they continue to charge me! That's unfair to require me to pay for this when I'm not using their services. I am left with no resolution .because I can't reach anyone at customer service number provided .I will not be doing anymore business with this company again in the future! Wow!!!

      I purchased a year tanning membership the company was dark tan. My membership doesn't expire until end of August. I purchased my tanning membership for use of level 5 lay down beds and it's location to my work.Since zoom tan took over dark tan. They removed all the lay down beds. They are forcing customers to use stand up beds. Refusing refunds. I want a refund for my remaining year from 1 week ago to until it expires credited back to my credit card. I will then go to a different tanning salon that offer lay down beds.I called customer service to be told they couldn't help me. I was given an email address. I've contacted zoom tan 2xs in an email to be told they will not credit me at all. Find a zoom tan that *** have old beds still left in it. Then the email said how great there stand up booths are. I paid for a service I selected specifically for myself. If this exact service level 5 lay down beds is not offered. The service I paid for can't not be provided. I shouldn't be forced to use a service I don't like nor told they won't refund.

      I have not used your establishment in over two months. I have been attempting to cancel my membership with you for over two months now as well. It is showing I have a pending balance of 38.00$. Which should not be the case when I canceled prior to you renewing my membership for another month. I have since shut off my card that you have on file to block any further transactions. You will not be getting any funds from me for this membership. I need someone to remove the pending fee and cancel my membership immediately.

      Zoom tan sent me a birthday coupon for $1.00 spray tan or $1.00 6 minute ** tan session througfh text on my phone to use the day before the day of or the day after my birthday. With the coupon for a spray tan I was going to get. The employee scanned the coupon and then told me it was $5.00 that the coupon is glitchy and does not come up for $1.00 in their system and this has been a well known issue. Sure it is only a few bucks but being that they only take card payments no cash, I did not have $5 on my card.. i had enough for $1 Spray tan only on my card. I did not get the Spray tan or the ** tan that day. I just wanted to report false coupons and advertising. This is not the first time I have ended going in for a coupon or promo and it cost more then advertised

      I purchased a membership for myself and my adult daughter in January 2022 at St Croix Tan(this business has been purchased by Zoom Tan-which was finalized in May 2022). The cost of the membership was $56.88 per month for each of us. it was only our intent to use the membership for one month in order to prepare for an island vacation and then cancel when we return as instructed by the sales clerk/ associate. On February 22, 2022, my daughter canceled the membership for both of us by phone and in person at the location as instructed by The store clerk. There was no mention that this needed to be done online.! The problem is, is that I have been billed ever since for both my daughter and myself up until September, 2022. The sum of which Ive been charged is $623 which I would like to be reimbursed by the company for service that were never utilized.Customer service is unable to assist me at Zoom Tan both by phone and by email.       Zoom Tan withdraw an unauthorized amount of $55.00 from my checking account. I have tried to contact them via email with no response. I do NOT have a tanning membership with them. I want my money refunded ********* information removed from their system. They took over from St Croix, but I never provided any account information.

      I was a member at St Croix in clifton park - they sold the business to Zoom Tan without any notice to their members and i had Zoom tan taking money out from my acct now - they closed many location and cp was one of them and i have lotions in there worth 140.00 and i have sent emails and phone calls to please get my lotion for me and all i get is if and when that location opens again its now 3 months you can get lotions then. This whole process was horrible for both st croix owner and zoom tan owner not letting members know this in advance to get our stuff out and if we wanted to continue with zoom tan in other locations. I am not near any of the other locations so after they took my money last 2 months i cancelled my acct and called my bank. I want my lotion asap and am willing to go to the latham location to pick it up - or give me my 140.00 worth of lotions back and the last 2 months they took payment out from me

      I got a horrible spray tan from them and I've been going back and forth with them for almost a month trying to get my money back. I spent $35. I got the spray tan for a wedding I was in, and I had to spend the entire day before the wedding showering and scrubbing my skin. Their solution was to offer me a free DARKER spray to "Cover" the mistake. First of all, that wouldn't have worked at all, second their "free spray" was only good for a week.
