      Opened a membership with husband.Canceled on 3/9/2023. They cancelled my husbands, but not mine. Credit card has been charged last 2 months.       I have been a member since August 2018 and the price has always been $29.99 for my membership that included unlimited tanning and spray tans as agreed when I signed my contract. I just happened to be looking at my bank account on May 28 and noticed an increase to $59.99! I immediately contacted customer service and the representative stated that due to increasing costs, all memberships were upgraded to the new price. My complaint is that violates our original contract and additionally I was never notified prior to the increase. I brought this up to customer service and they stated that I had opted out of texts and thats why I wasnt notified. That is completely false as I have received multiple texts about account information and promotional texts since then. The company did agree to refund the additional $30 charge for both months, but still charged me $29.99 for the current month even though they refused to let me use services.

      I am a customer at ********************** for many years. I made a purchase and they told me I have not paid for everything in their error. I want to return it. They say they cannot take it back. They have been withholding my tanning package and I have lost 3 or more weeks of tanning. If its their error they should either take the product back or not charge me.

      Charged my account an increased price without my consent. Requested I sign a consent form accepting the monthly price increase and I did not agree to the terms and refused to sign only to find out they had already charged me. When I contacted the company requesting a refund they refused. Customer service will only communicate with me via email, even after requesting a phone call multiple times. When I asked why I wasn't notified about the price before being charged, the said I opted out of receiving texts which clearly is not true because that's how I received the request to consent to changes. (again after I had already been charged) They refuse to refund. I disputed the charge with my bank and Zoom Tan just sent me a threatening email that it's best that I do not go forward with the dispute.

      I went into zoom tan in ******************* 5/7/23 at approximately 1:45-2:15pm. I had a small 6lb service dog in a carry bag over my shoulder. I was told by an employee named ****** that she had to make a call to see if I was allowed to bring a service animal in with me. I told her that I have come in to the same store multiple times and never had an issue. While on the phone with a manager ( Im assuming she was a manager but not sure bc she refused to give her name or title out) , ****** relayed the message that I needed to have a vest on the dog and that then I could go tanning that day. I said ok and went and got the dogs vest out of the car and went back in. I was then told I needed papers and documentation to be turned into the business ahead of time in order to use their services there and that I could not go tanning there that day. I pay ***** a month for a membership there and in exchange they are committed to letting me use their facility once every 24hours. I told them that refusing service because of a service animal was discriminatory and that I would be cancelling my membership. After all that it was about 20 minutes of back and forth total, I left the establishment. I went to the parking lot and immediately went on the Zoom Tan website and started a chat with an agent where I asked about the service animal policy at zoom tan. I was told that Zoom Tan DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY paperwork or A SERVICE VEST for any service animal! Which I now also have saved as proof of Zoom Tans actual policy. I am now asking for a refund for the entire month since I was refused service and also a detailed explanation from the owner of the establishment.

      I like many others had a 9.99 a month signed agreement. This agreement was supposed to be lifetime. They sent me a text stating they were raising monthly payments to 49.00 dollars. I called them and ask why they would not be honoring our original agreement and could not get a straight answer. I told them I did not agree to allow them to take that amount out of my account. I then changed credit card on my account and did not give them new card information. Told them I would not pay this amount. And have not used service since. Now not only are they not honoring the original agreement but trying to tell me I owe them 90.00 dollars for the months after they wrongfully raised rates which I did not agree to pay. I really hope someone steps in and stops this company from these shady billing procedures. And makes them honor the original agreement. Thank you. ******* ******

      Zoomtan and I agreed that I would be charged $19.99 for an unlimited tanning package. I held the package and paid in full monthly for many years. I walked into the establishment on Friday April 14, 2023 where the associate told me my price was going to be $59 a month now. I said I would like she cancel. She said I had to go online. I asked when I would be charged the next installment and she said I was charged $59 on April 9, 2023. I said ** one informed me of this change and she said they texted customers about it. I do not receive texts from this company. They have acknowledged that I did not receive e the text therefore acknowledging that I was never notified. I asked for a refund they told me no. **************** hangs up on me when I politely ask for assistance. This company robbed me of my money and refuses to be held accountable. They also upgraded me to their most expensive package while they could and should have offered me a comparable price. I would like a refund or at least a refund for the difference between $59 and $19.99. This company does not care about customers.

      Zoomtan are refusing service to customers who have already paid for the service unless we as legacy customers agree to a new contract with a 400% pricing increase. I believe this is outside of the terms of agreement for legacy customers. Services cannot be refused when they comply with existing agreements.Current legacy customers pay $9.99 per month. This is the new agreement link:********************************************************** Service is being refused unless we sign the new agreement. Im going to stay on my existing agreement and expect services as stated in that agreement.
