    I am filing this complaint on Simplex REMOVED(REMOVED). I purchased solar panels and a battery and Simplex could not get my battery working. I believe they have broken my contract and lied about my offerings. This company installs and offers other items such as water heaters to take the contract but does not get permits for it. Simplex is partnered with 4Pro energy and REMOVED. It took over a year before my project was complete but I was paying the loan and my electric bill with an unfinished product as the battery is supposed to save me enter and cost on my electric bill. Without the battery my contract was broken. I have been very patient trying to work with REMOVEDwho has been to my home and apologize and offered compensation of my electric bills. There is a long list now of recorded transactions on my ring cameras of installer not knowing what they are doing. There was a language barrier between the installer and Duracell and for a year I had to REMOVEDthem down Simplex to finish the job and I had to called Duracell myself to get this project completed as REMOVEDhas completely stopped answering me. I have tried applying for lawyers but have not received a call or email back. I feel I was taken advantage of with the sales pitch lies and bad business overall. Duracell is a witness and claimed he tried to take their certification under another business name and could not as it is a registration by name. I would like for someone to look into this as other clients have had the same issue with Simplex and REMOVED.
