I ordered from Happy Mammoth on October 2, 2022 and never received an invoice email. I was charged on my card but nothing from this sorry company.I tried emailing them--no response. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I will check my bank statement withing 6 business days to make sure the refund of $105.26 has been completed. On Oct 13th a refund was to be issued and has not happened yet.

I am rejecting this response because:The order was placed on 9/16. Delivery attempt was made on 10/15 while I was out of town. I did get the package upon my return, however there was no communication from the business until I filed the complaint and I made several attempts to reach customer service. 30 days for delivery is unacceptable! 2 weeks to respond to customer service inquiry is unacceptable!
