I purchased mammoth products on Sunday October 30th and paid priority shipping 1-3 days. My order has not been fulfilled and I cant get anyone at company to provide me a status. There is no number to contact them. All I get it automatic emails instructions to track my order but no one responses to my questions about where is my order. I have seen other people have the same complaints about their orders. I want my order cancelled and refunded.Business Response

I ordered two bottles of their product: order number ****** on 10/17 with shipping within 4-7 days. I received order confirmation and notification that a shipping label was created by **** on 10/19 and it was ready to ship. To date (10/28) Ive received nothing and its still the same shipping status. Mind you that its coming from *****, shipping label creation in *********** and I live in the same county so there should be NO delays. Ive written once on 10/22 and received an apology email same date. Since then Ive written two more times but no response. Now Im away from home and cant get to the package anyway. Something I told them and why I ordered well in advance. Id like a refund. This is no way to run a business. I live in *******, the products are made in ******* so it shouldnt be taking this long..plus to be ignored. Dont order from this company, I wish I read these reviews before I spent any money here and if I see another of their ads on social media Ill be sure to warn people there as well.Business Response

I signed up for a monthly subscription of their product on 10/7/22 from their website order #******. I received a confirmation email on the same day. I sent numerous emails checking on the status with no response other than an automated response stating: Please wait for our reply within 48hrs after you've reached out to us They never reply in 48 hours. 20 day since my order; I have not received the product or a response specifying when I would receive my order.The only thing I can see is that a shipping label has been prepared for your item at 2:14 pm on October 22, 2022 in ********************************************; however the products never shipped.No phone number and no proper way to contact a person at this business.Business Response

The problem is that the company does NOT reply except for an automated response. The delivery took 26 days; however when placing the order it said delivery would be **** days.

I placed an order with this company on 10/16 and was charged $118.29 that hit my account that day. I received a shipping notification on 10/19. However, **** has not yet received the package to ship to me. This company will not respond to emails and there is not a phone number that I can seem to find. I have emailed and followed-up with no response, other than an autogenerated, generic response. Buyers, beware of this company. I shouldve checked with BBB first, as I see Im not the only complaint by far. This company is either a complete scam, or they do not have the staff to provide customer service. Your package is already under **** control, we shipped hundreds of packages per day, so we do not actually take the packages to ****, they pick up all packages from our warehouse every day by truck.
Once they take it from our warehouse, it goes to a **** distribution center and is scanned, until they actually scanned the package the status does not change.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, its clear that they were not going to respond or send out any communication to me before I got BBB involved. I so far have gotten what I asked for which is a response and a tracking number that I can follow. But not sure how to keep them from doing this to other people. They didnt ever say anything other than sorry we were so late iin responding.
Up until today They hadnt sent out the product or looked into it after it sent them 3 letters.
I thank you for intervening and pushing them to respond- I just hope they dont so this to others as well.

I ordered products on 10/4/22. I received an email confirming the order (******) for $162.91. I ordered the Hormone ******* and The Complete Hormone Synergy System 1. I was told I'd get an email when it was shipped. After hearing nothing about my order (while getting almost daily marketing emails) I emailed on 10/11 to see if there were any update on when it would be shipped. I received an automated reply saying to give them 48 hours due to lots of emails. After 72 hours I emailed again on 10/14 and heard nothing. I reached out again via their website on 10/17 to try to get an update. This morning, 10/18, I emailed that I would like a refund for my order. I have yet to hear anything to any of my inquiries. So frustrated and feeling taken for my money. I really just want my money back but can't seem to get any reply from this company.Business Response
