I purchased this hormone therapy after reading reviews on **** took it as stated until it ran out.IT DID NOT DO ANYTHING AT ALL.I feel there cannot be anything in there to treat 'problems'.....I have received so many emails trying to get me to buy more continually.............I thought I'd read if you're not satisfied they would refund, but seeing through research they do not do this as it's a 'fresh' product.Business Response

I subscribed to the automatic delivery and I have been a customer for probably a year getting automatic shipments every two months or so. My last shipment contained two bottles in the box with no packing slip. One of the bottles was shattered with glass shards all in the box mixed in with my hormone ******* pills. I did not dig in the box because there was glass shards that could have Pierced my fingers. I threw the box away and sent a message to ***** ******* ********************** company for a replacement. The other box of pills was fine. The response I got was that I had to send a picture of the damaged bottle of pills and a picture of a lot number. I do not have the bottle anymore because Opening the box it was shattered to the point where there was glass shavings throughout the box. I was not going to reach in there and get stuck by glass shards. I explained this in my email and the response was they needed a picture of the packing sheet, which did not come in my box And a picture of the destroyed glass jar and the lot number. I explained again that I threw away the bottle because it was nothing but pills and glass shards. I do not have a picture of a bottle to give them and I did not receive a packing slip . The response was they still need a picture of the bottle. This is terrible customer service I have been an excellent customer with this company. I have paid my monthly dues and all they need to do is shoot me one new bottle of hormone ******* and it is a big hassle. I send a message to cancel my membership due to this and the response was, were sorry to hear that. I dont understand how hard it is to just send me the replacement? Terrible business practice. I ordered from this company and was told 4-7 day shipping and provided a tracking app. The product shipped from ** to ********** ** approximately 30 minutes from delivery address. But instead of being delivered it went the wrong direction back to ******* then back to *******. I reached out to the company via chat as there is no available customer service number. They replied my order is on its way. Apologies for delay, heres a 20% off coupon. I track it over the weekend. Its back in ********* **. One hour from delivery address all weekend. This morning its back in *******. When i again made customer service aware they said its on its way and I can reject delivery if I want when it arrives. I dont want to reject delivery. I couldnt even if I did because its not being delivered. I have asked them to cancel that order and reship my order and they will not respond. I purchased 2 bottles of their highly advertised supplement called ***************** weeks ago. They say their products ship in 4-7 days. The purchase was made on October 8th. I still have not received my products. I have emailed their customer service multiple times and every time I get a response that they will check tracking and get back with me. They have no gotten back with me ever to say where these are and how they will resolve the problem. When I check tracking it shows that the items still have not left ******* where they are located. This subscription shipped 2 years after last shipment and I did not have active subscription. I immediately emailed and requested them to cancel. The ignored the request and shipped the product. I was advised in writing to send this back via fed ex. It was sent via fed ex, but delivered by the post office. The fed ex employee took the return, but told me to take a picture because tracking wouldnt update. I did so and fed ex has the video surveillance of the return, which I have provided to happy mammoth on several occasions. I guess this should have been returned via ***** since they delivered, but thats not what the company told me to do and they arent refunding me the over $100 they took without me ordering a product. It was not my error, I returned as told and have proof. They are saying tracking didnt update to their warehouse, so now I have no product, no money and have lost several hours of my time and am emotionally and physically exhausted from the hoops I have had to jump through. I need help resolving this. This company is a nightmare and should not be in business. I cannot find a phone number for them and have to wait for a smart email response. I have a 2 month chain of probably 40 emails with the company as well as proof of return that can be uploaded upon request. ORDER #******Business Response

On 9/11/23 I purchased a 2 pack of Hormone ******* for a total of $111.34. After taking the supplement for a few days as prescribed, I experienced severe diarrhea and stomach upset and after stopping the supplement the digestion issues resolved. I continued receiving emails from them asking for a review and when I submitted a 1 star review **** from customer service reached out. Within his email he said "However, if you'd rather not ship back your unopened product, we can issue a refund for 1 jar instead." I took a picture of the unopened product and sent it to him asking for a refund. He then wrote back that I would be required to ship it back to them at my own expense. I reminded him about his statement in his email, but was told yet again that in order to get a refund for one jar I would need to ship it back at my own expense. I wish I would have read all of the complaints about this company prior to ordering anything, but I've learned a ****** for the future. After throwing $111.34 down the toilet, I think asking a customer who had a reaction to their product to pay for the return is insult upon injury. I'm only asking for $55.67 which is half of what I spent which is very reasonable.Business Response

Good day, I wish I would have looked at the BBB site before purchasing these products, because I am not the only person with this complain about this company. This is a complaint in regards to a purchase that I made on July 14, 2023 and delivered on July 20th. I purchased two of the hormone ******* jars that came to a total of $129.59. Which was a tad bit much for a product that I got no results from with no type of refund. I took the supplements as follows, and I took them all the way through. Not to mention a headache along with nausea that came daily in which I have never encountered before taking this. I thought after a few days these would subside. But they did not. They should have at least been willing to refund a portion due to these circumstances in which nothing worked. How do you have a policy that states a money back guarantee before 60 days from the purchase date and you receive them 6 days later. Just because a person buys them doesn't mean they will take them the moment they get the delivery off the truck. I started these a week after I returned home from my vacation. There was absolutely no change from my current situation. After reaching out to this company I felt as if it would have only been fair that i'd receive a refund. This is not how you run a company. If it did not help my customer, I would at least be willing to refund a portion or give them their whole refund, not saying, these didn't work for other women it just did not work for me. I took them all and I had nothing to send back. Plus you cant get a refund because its a few days after the policy period and then there is a statement that is even worse stating you will never be able to purchase from the company again. I had two friends who purchased this with me and this seems to be a robot responding because most of the emails were word for word on point pertaining to their products but purchased separately. I was a regular customer for over a year before I decided that the supplements were not actually helpful. The product wasn't the problem. I had NEVER signed up to receive their marketing emails but would get them regularly. I opted out every single time. They still sent them. I contacted the company and was assured that they would remove me from their horrible spam list. I continued to receive them. I continued to complain. They finally stopped after several contacts with their customer service. Suddenly, months later, they begin emailing me again. It's predatory and unacceptable for a company to continuously abuse customers confidence and inboxes. On 7/18/23 I placed an order for supplements through Happy Mammoth for $111.48. They use a payment app called "Cash App." When I got an email that my order was delivered and it wasn't, I investigated and discovered that the app shipped to my nephew who lives in CO. When paying, the option never appeared to choose a shipping address so I assumed it defaulted to my billing address. My nephew had moved and no one could pick up the package. (I'm assuming Happy Mammoth received it back.) I reached out to Happy Mammoth but they replied there was nothing they could do. When I received a survey, I replied that I couldn't review it since I never received it and explained once again what happened. All emails are attached. The representative apologized and refunded me. He went on to ask for my correct address so this wouldn't happen "in the future." I continued to receive ads from Happy Mammoth and the good reviews encouraged me to reorder. I did. The payment processed and I was told my order was preparing for shipment. Communication stopped. I tracked my order and saw it was canceled. I contacted Happy Mammoth twice before receiving an email that my account was flagged for "fraud" and "suspicious activity" and that it was blocked. I explained once again what happened and requested that someone review the past emails as well as all of my information in order to confirm nothing was fraudulent. They issued a refund. Everyone kept writing back to me saying that there was nothing they could do because "the system" won't let me make a purchase. I requested a phone call and offered to provide any additional information to get this resolved. No reply. There's no fraud. There was a shipping error at their end which was resolved. My payment processed and my shipping address and billing address match. I would like my account ********************. NOTHING is fraudulent about my information. I continue to receive form responses and no one has looked into anything. My shipping and billing addresses match and they even processed the order. They refunded me after I asked about it. Happy Mammorh needs to have people who are willing to look into issues not just blindly dismiss them. They also do not include negative or neutral reviews on their site, only those that are positive. I feel as though the BBB would agree that someone from Happy Mammoth contact me to resolve this issue. I wouldnt reach out publicly like this if I was providing misinformation.
