3 starsI came from out of state to buy a car from the *************** My salesman was awesome! Process for buying the car was great, but after I got home, I could not get any one to answer my phone calls or call me back! Still have NO tags for my car!!Florida Fine Cars, Inc.

1 starHighest dealer fees I've ever seen. Highway robbery. They prey on you not expecting you to know your stuff. DO NOT go here. It is a waste of time. Found a car in the $11,000 range, almost $17000 after dealer fees. Non-negotiable 1 price store, which would be fine if final price was not $3-4000 more than listed price. I honestly do not know how they stay in business with such practices. I walked away but major red flags all around.Florida Fine Cars, Inc.

The vehicle price listed on our website clearly states that it does not include sales tax, tag, title, or dealer fees. This is noted in multiple places, including the upper right corner near the vehicle price and in the disclaimer at the bottom of each listing on our website.
Additional products, such as warranties, are optional and not required for purchase. We maintain a no-haggle pricing policy, and all fees are fully disclosed to ensure transparency. Florida Fine Cars has been proudly serving customers for over 30 years, and we are committed to providing clear, accurate information including a complimentary Carfax and AutoCheck reports along with a detailed buyers order showing every fee and the total amount due before any transaction is finalized. 1 starSTAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY SOLD ME A ***** WITH THE WRONG CARFAX INFORMATION. NOW I'M PAYING FOR A ***** FOR 2 MONTHS, AND NEVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF DRIVING IT FOR A MONTH. NOW IN ADDITION TO A CAR PAYMENT, I AM BEING TOLD BY ****** THAT IT IS GOING TO COST ME $6,000.00 TO FIX THE PROBLEM. ***** AT THE MIAMI DEALERSHIP WAS THE SALES PERSON, AND TOLD ME THE ***** WAS FROM FLORIDA, NO ACCIDENTS, SHOWED ME A CARFAX FOR THAT INFORMATION, ONLY TO LEARN FROM ****** THAT THE ***** WAS FROM ANOTHER STATE, WITH FRONT AND REAR END DAMAGES. Florida Fine Cars would like to clarify certain points mentioned in this review, as some details are inaccurate. We provided the customer with the correct Carfax report, which included their signature acknowledging that the vehicle had a reported damage history. Please note that Florida Fine Cars is not affiliated with ******; we utilize their reports solely as a guide to assess the vehicle's past and history. Additionally, we also provide an AutoCheck report. The vehicle was taken to ****** for recall repairs, which can only be performed by the manufacturer. 1 starDefinitely avoid this company, they advertise their vehicles at a competitive price only to try and hit you with outrageous fees and slip in extra charges on the back end. I was told the Nonnegotiable sale price of the car was $16,999 only to get a pit the door price of $22,064.51 Absolutely ridiculous. Shady way to do business!Florida Fine Cars, Inc.

1 starI purchased a 2020 tacoma not even a month ago from from Florida fine cars, miami which i was not able to personally inspect, the truck has a broken drivers side mirror ,the drivers side window sounds like glass is gonna break when you roll it down!!The tailgate literally fell off when I opened it! The truck runs really bad and I have contacted the salesman and tried to contact a manager regarding these issues! No return calls Or help regarding these issues! H*** I already had to buy a new battery for a $20,000 truck I purchased this truck before reading these reviews.Very scammy! Stay Away !Florida Fine Cars, Inc.

1 starStay away, they will find a way to s**** you over. I am in dispute with them to return my security deposit after they said i was approved and drove off the lot and a couple of weeks later they said you are not approved and I had to return the car to fin out they charged me $50 a day for everydayI had the car plus 80 cents per mile driven, ands this is after they said I was approved and let me drive off with the car. on top of that when i got home I found that they gave me the registration for a different car. I purchased a 2019 ***** and got a **** registration. this company is shady. STAY AWAY.Florida Fine Cars, Inc.

Florida Fine Cars is not a financial institution and, as such, does not have the authority to determine the requirements set by lenders for entering into a finance agreement. Our role is to communicate and send the necessary documents to lenders, who then assess the potential deal. The lender decides whether they can accept the customer and if any additional documentation is required to complete the transaction. When purchasing a vehicle, many factors and requirements are considered by the lender. According to our records, after the lender verify the customers Proof of Income (POI), the lender decided to return the contract. This decision is made solely by the lender, not Florida Fine Cars. Additionally, due to the dispute raised by the customer, and without allowing ********************** to complete our process, we are required to wait until the dispute is resolved before the deposit can be processed. 1 starWorst buying experience of my life. I came in with a vehicle in mind, and funding already approved from my bank. They ran my credit anyway only to offer me a loan with 12% higher interest, which I declined. Then they demanded a cashiers check from my bank because they didn't know how outside financing worked I guess. They sat me in the lobby alone and emailed me paperwork for 5 HOURS with no communication. Then sent me with the truck after putting down a deposit. A month later I contacted them to find out where my deposit was and they hadn't even filed the paperwork for the loan. Turns out that they did not have me sign the required paperwork while I was sat in the lobby for 5 hours. So they emailed me more to sign. Looking over the paperwork I found they were changing things in the deal because they forgot what the original terms were. Another month later I had to email again to find the status and they still had not gotten the paperwork sorted out. Finally they got the funding from the bank, and after 2 weeks had still not sent my deposit, so I reached out again and was told I would not get my full deposit because there were tag fees they forgot to charge to the bank. My salesman JoJo was good, everyone else I dealt with has no idea how to do their job. Do not waste your time here. And if you do, read all of your paperwork because they will try to cheat you, either through greed or ignorance.Florida Fine Cars, Inc.

According to our records, the draft received from the lender was short, which led Florida Fine Cars to retain the outstanding balance from the deposit. 1 starI bought a car 1 day ago and as it was not suited for me so i went to return it the second day and they say on the website 3 days return policy no questions asked but ***** ****** said it is not a valid reason to return it so he wont do the return after that i insisted him to show me on paper the return policy he refused and left and he was throwing insults and saying unprofessional things infront of customers after i started recording him he accepted to return the car, when he went to inspect the car he tried to blame a scratch on me even though it was there when i bought the car i had to show him a picture of when i first bought it to prove it was already there , he is very unprofessional, terrible attitude do not trust himFlorida Fine Cars, Inc.
