      "We were pressured to fill out surveys before we even left the store when we made our purchase of course everything went well until we were trying to obtain our title because we lived in another state they promised to take care of the transfer of titled to our primary address and instead issued to Florida title with our address in another state as a result, we could not get the car registered and were told by them that we had to work with the lender to resolve that issue, it took us four months of aggravation, and we were left with no other option, but to pay off the vehicle by taking money out of our retirement fund so that the state of Florida would release the title to us to get it registered at home in our state.
