    Compre una cocina portatil a esta empresa el 03/01/2025 por valor de $118.76 y lo pague en efectivo, cuando probe la cocina no me servia en la cocina de mi casa y fui a devolverla y la empleada me informo que no lo devolvian porque el dueno dijo que el Buisness BBB organization le habia informado que no podia devolver el importe de mi compra, hable personalmente con el dueno y me trato muy mal y me dijo que llamara a la policia que no me iba a devolver nada pues BBB decia que no podia devolver, soy una mujer de 82 anos de edad desabilitada y lo que recibo de dinero mensualmente es del SS de mi desabiliti, no entiendo esto y por eso hago esta reclamacion, tengo la cocina en mi casa que no me sirve, tengo los documentos de la compra y no creo que uds el BBB le diga a un dueno que no puede devolver el importe de una compra ya que la cocina no me sirve en el REMOVEDque yo tengo en mi casa .

    Mi ingles es limitado lo que yo tengo es el recibo de pago que REMOVEDa REMOVEDFerreteria, ( the only document that I have is the receive that they give me when I bought  it  no contrart because they are a small store)
