1 starso aside from paying $58 to get my birth certificate because we need this f---- real ID excuse my French so I'm getting a passport instead now I'm being forced to pay $25. Well not really forced but forced to write a review because I can't get back to try and open account so I can upload my documents. This is absurd

Our service is designed to help customers prepare their application for a certified birth certificate by providing a pre-filled form, instructions, and all necessary documents to submit to the appropriate ****************** While the $58 service fee covers this preparation, the government agency may charge a separate fee in most states, around $25 to issue the certificate itself. This government fee is not charged by us, but rather required to complete the order through the states office.
Were also sorry to hear that you had trouble uploading your documents and accessing your account. Our support team is always available to help you regain access and submit the necessary materials. You're never required to leave a review to proceed and we sincerely apologize if the process gave that impression.
