I agreed to have cosmetic surgery by *** abeer. ******** left seduction cosmetics in august2024 . My surgery has been paid in full 8000 since July. Due to the lack of notice of my doctors departure, I requested a full refund in October. They advised me to email the refund department which Ive done several times. Eventually, the refund department has ceased to communicate with me. Ive called their number several times to speak with my coordinator, which we decided that if I cannot get both done, then just go ahead and go with one so I requested the refund for just one of my surgeries and three weeks till my surgery, I look on the portal and noticed that my surgery date has been canceled and I have not received any response as far as an update on my refund or any communication what so ever. I am filing this complaint against Seduction Cosmetic Center for fraudulent practices and financial misconduct. In August 2024, I underwent surgery costing $9,400, financed through two loans totaling $11,900 ($8,000 and $3,900). The clinic withheld $2,500 unjustly, claiming it as a debt to Affirm. Additionally, I was coerced into signing a contract under duress post-surgery, but the contract disappeared from my email, leaving me without documentation.The clinic provided misleading information, failed to disclose clear terms under the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. 1601), and denied post-surgery access to my surgeon. Follow-up care was relegated to staff who provided inconsistent and false assurances.Their actions have caused severe emotional and financial harm, violating consumer protection laws. I request the BBBs intervention to hold the clinic accountable, demand reimbursement of $2,500, and ensure compliance with lending and consumer rights regulations.Business Response

I paid for my surgery in 2021, and have been trying to get a refund since 2022. I have had some medical issues, and I no longer want or feel safe having cosmetic surgery. Especially after all the things I have read that has gone on with this business. My life is more important than making changes to my body, and most importantly I have two small children that I have to raise. They had me scheduled for surgery with Dr. ******* and he was banned in 2022 from performing those types of surgeries after patients died. That is unethical and just dangerous to people lives, but clearly all they care about is money. My life could have been at risk. I do not trust this company, and want my money return as I no longer want anyone at their facility to perform surgery on me.Business Response

I had a decline in health after booking . My doctor said I can never have surgery and doing so will be life threatening. I have this in writing. I tried to reschedule to get my health in order but my doctor advised me I cannot . Which means i will never be able to get the surgery. Why is this ok to keep money that was paid before they sent out medical forms. I had no idea my health would decline drastically. I am rejecting this response because: I attempted to cancel my service several times but was informed that I would not receive a refund and was advised to reschedule instead. If it is indeed possible to cancel and receive a refund for the service I did not receive, I would like to proceed with that process. Additionally, I no longer have access to the Seductions Cosmetics online portal to review the contract. I paid a total of $4,500 to Seductions Cosmetics for the service. Im not requesting a full refund; Im willing to forfeit the deposit. However, I would appreciate receiving at least a portion of my money back, ideally between $3,000 and $3,500. Thank you.

I was schedule for a procedure on 10/4/24. My procedure was agreed & paid in full for a Buttock ******************** Tuck/Lipo. I got in the office after being marked up doctor left. The doctor nurse came in while Im naked and demanded more money. I said this is unheard once a contract is signed the treatment is confirmed. The nurse told me either you pay or dont get the procedure. I went through my phone retrieved the messages between the coordinator and I confirming my procedure. I asked for the manager the nurse said I would have to wait. The manager arrived an hour & half later. She confirmed that I was booked for Buttock Lipo/Reshape stated she was going to change the contract & that I didnt have to pay extra. The doctor purposely botched me because he wanted more money. My reshape was not completed. The doctor called me today stating the contract was never changed and that I shouldve paid he told me I need to contact the refunds department. I am rejecting this response because: Why would I accept a revision by a doctor that PURPOSELY BOTCHED ME! They purposely set this up to get more money. They did not follow protocols and deliberately disregarded the contract. The post op department did nothing to help me have not heard from them other than the ************ telling me himself that they never corrected the contract and to contact the refund department. This company is a scam and plays with their patients lives if someone botched you and the employees concealed and covered it up along with lying about correcting the contract would you feel comfortable going back to them ? Be for real thats more money in their pocket while Im liable to be botched again from the games this clinic and the doctors playing games with our lives so unfair everything was a game from beginning to end to ask for more money while Im naked was severely unethical

Feb 16, 2024 I was scheduled for Liposuction 360 + bbl and lipo to my arms and thighs with jplasma. I did not receive Jplasma in my thighs nor did the doctor lipo the area he marked as seen in photographs and the after affects of liposuction. It also appears as though fat pockets were actually created maliciously in areas to make my body look undesirable. I am rejecting this response because: It was not my decision to return at a later date to have the surgery done thats in question. It was ****************** decision. Or mines. Yes I agreed on the day of the Breast Surgery to return at a later date to have the 360 Liposuction and Arms done. After the breast surgery. I was not satisfied with the results. Immediately I contact Seduction Cosmetics. Before I left ***** on 6/13/24, I called the office, told them that I was not pleased with the stitching. Could I do a walk-in before I left ***** to return to ***********. They told me to wait until someone call me back. By the time someone did. I was on the plan to *********** that day. Once I returned to ***********. I constantly called the office 2 to 4 times a week for exactly one month after surgery, asking for a refund and no one respond until. 7/10/2024. Please read the attachments in this complaint. I almost lost my life dealing with this company. I was intubated by two different anesthesiologist who caused severe damage to my throat and due to bacteria and fungi with the instruments, I was diagnosed with multifocal pneumonia in both of my lungs and was hospitalized. I am seeking a refund and have been sending emails since 08/29/2024 and no response has been made except it will take 5-7 business day. I have asked again today by calling the ******************************** telling me I have to email the refund department everyday and there is nothing they can do. I have multiple follow up appointments, and medications I have to take because of this and they don't seem to care at all.
