I went to log into my portal and All of a sudden I cant. I havent had this issue at all not once. Ive called multiple times and Ive gotten 3 different lies. I will be disputing all charges & filing with my lawyer

DO NOT BOOK THEY ARE THIEVES. I was told my deposit was $250 and non refundable. I paid it. A year later (as I had to reschedule) my surgery was cancelled! Shouldve took that as a sign. I called and spoke to a rep who told me it was cancelled because my surgery was 30 days away and I had not paid my balance. i was told on IG I could pay cash when I got there. Anyways I was able to reinstate my surgery for FREE and was told to pay ATLEAST $500 if I was serious and have the rest paid off by 30 days. I call back like 2 weeks later to pay $500. (I have now paid $750 in total) My uncle was killed and my family started crowdfunding however they didnt reach the goal. I now had to cancel my surgery so I can help my family . I was told by my new coordinator (mind you he told me the old one was fired but I was notified prior) So when I go to cancel and get my refund I check the refund policy, it says if you cancel more than 30 days before you get anything but the deposit back. Remember I was told my deposit was $250 and thats on the invoice attached to my contract along with TEXT MESSAGE PROOF from original coordinator as I asked her about how the deposit works. I am now being told the first $1000 is not refunded. THATS NO WHERE ON THE REFUND POLICY. On the contract it says the ONE TIME deposit is $1000 & non refundable to have surgery but again the original coordinator told me to never mind it as the $250 was a special deal but the contract couldnt be edited. I didnt pay a one time $1000 deposit!! I havent even paid $1000 yet I had a booked date and was told I could pay on my 30 day deadline. When **** took my payment of $500 why didnt he tell me I needed to pay $750 to satisfy this imaginary $1000 deposit? I HAVE TEXTS AS PROOF WHICH IS LEGALLY BINDING. I am majoring in law so I challenged the coordinator who switched from up to the first $1000 is non refundable to no the deposit is really $1000 LYING CROOKS!! THIS IS YOUR SIGN NOT TO BOOK.

*** requested a refund from this company they granted me the refund to my old account number after I told them the account was active they refused to take another card or mail me a check. I believe this is a fraudulent practice because I never seen that stipulation in the contract

These people are crooks. I wish I had did my research before giving them my money. This by far the WORST experience with any surgery Ive ever had. Seductions run specials but you will still pay full price the way they nickel and dime you. Pleeeeeeeeeeease DO NOT go there. Seduction Cosmetic is a SCAM!! Seek other cosmetic surgery centers. Theyre unprofessional, rude, they dont communicate with you and very slow servicing their patients. They cater to their own culture (Hispanics), making them their priority. I waited 5 hours to do my pre-op with my consultant. My procedures were breast implants, lip 360 and bbl. The **************** told me that I needed a breast lift, so the doctor said no lipo or bbl and use the money from that to do the lift. The day before, I purchased a package that included everything I needed post op for bbl and lipo 360, which I paid in cash. When I asked them for a refund because it was not needed, they found some other story where they could keep the money. Due to the doctor changing my procedure, my surgery was pushed back 5 hours. I asked for a particular size implant, but the doctor did what he wanted to do. Post-op, I was wondering why my breast had so much tape on them. After 4 days passed, the tape began falling off. I could not believe how that so called surgeon butchered my breast the way he did. I also have suture thread sticking me under and on the sides of my breast. I have never been so flustered and outraged in my life. Go to Yelp to see the reviews. Seduction Cosmetics is HORRIBLE. People do your research. I wish I had.

Horrible , they had a person work on my teeth that wasnt a dentist and I told she was . My resins are currently falling off and they are refusing to resolve the issues.

I went for Botox and fillers and both procedures came out wrong. The filer product didn't expand and as of today (45 days after) remains a a cyst-shape protuberance. They said I had to pay again to fix the problem that they created with a wrong procedure.As per the ********* produced my left upper lid to go down and after two attempts to fix that (just 1 injection) it remains practically the same.I asked for a response from the company's manager, but nothing.

I am so upset with this company. I went first in March and had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo to my inner thighs and flanks. I returned in September for my breast surgery with saline implants. When I made it the surgery center my breast surgery was canceled because I apparently coded on the table in March. I was told that no surgeon would do my surgery and was told I would get a full refund because the surgery center canceled my surgery and I didn’t. Fast forward to October 21st. I was supposed to receive my refund on the 25th only to be told that they are keeping $1500 for hernia repair that I received in March, plus $1000 of my deposit which I only put $250 down on each surgery so $500 total. Each time I email the lady who is supposed to be in charge of my refund it’s a different excuse. She said that I was supposed to pay the $1500 for my hernia repair and my problem is what if I never was supposed to get a refund?? Why wasn’t I told about the $1500 for the hernia repair when I was in Florida and at their center for a week? It’s like they are constantly coming up with some excuse to not pay me what they owe me! If I can’t express it enough stay away from Seduction Cosmetics Center in Miami!! They love to take your money and do a half *** job!!

A self-declared, Upsell /slghtr house. aside from Dr. A******* that saw me (10min right before surgery).Pre op day was a joke- they bring you a day before to complete the “prep” for next day surgery- but what theydo is UPSELL.ex: My husband a physician, they wanted to sell us the “cell saver” for an extra $550 because in “their policy” which is questionable btw- says that if your hemo falls in range of 13.0 or lower, that you need to buy this cell saver. They send you several texts before your op day and a text says if under 12.6 hemo you are to buy this cell svr. all morning disputing this with pre-op Lady ****** - she just didn’t give a shit. We then req to do a same day blood test, in which the lab came the next day showing I’m actually at 13.3 hemoand she still wanted to upsell the cell saver. she gave us a hard time, knowing my husband is a physician she disputed his knowledge, she threatened that if we don’t purchase this that I would be placed LAST the next day for surgery. guess what the day of surgery, she left me for last, she had the front office rep try to upsell me the cell saver agn even if my new cbc result was higher 13.3 and when I showed the front office rep the text THEY SEND OUT that says if your hemo is 12.6 your to buy the cell saver. The front office rep told me she would have me talk to ******. ****** left me for last, when I walked into her office she didn’t even apologize for the miscom.I didn’t see the doctor til 4pm. I didn’t go to surgery til 6pm weak, was rudely awaken from two post op ladies around 9pm. NO BEDSIDE manners .Next day you are to meet for post op- (forcefully paid) massage. A lady who claimed at first to be the NP of the floor, then nurse, then admitted to my husband later a medical asst. was again part of upselling their lies. Her demeanor was pushy. day 7 met with same lady she didn’t even detach one tube correctly and pulled it until it released from my skin. I screamed with pain and she told me not to.

If I could give negative stars I would! Terrible terrible terrible. I had my TT/MR done here in May of 2022. The lead up to my procedure I received great customer service. My questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. When I came to date of surgery, was told to be at the center by 9am. I didn’t meet my doctor until after 1pm. Upon discharge, I was short of breath but they didn’t seem too concerned. I arrived for my postop/massage appointment the next morning and was immediately told to go to the emergency room regarding my shortness of breath. Thank goodness no blood clots or anything was detected. A couple weeks later my incision is busted in different areas. It took days to get a response from the clinic. Called urgent line just to be told I’ll get a call the following day. Infection, terrible pain, and wound care followed. Pain continued for months. After consulting my pcp, I was advised to reach out to surgeon again, only to be told to go about my days as normal, I can’t mess anything up, and eventually I’ll be able to exercise. Still get pains in my abdomen so exercises are still limited. I reached out 1year postOp regarding my results and am now being told I’ll have to pay 3000.00 for lipo360 if I want da fat above my hips removed. I have not gained weight or anything and the results I was promised is not true. I don’t suggest this place for anyone. Until they look beyond the money they charge us and give patients what we’re paying for, they don’t deserve the opportunity to service us. Good luck all. DONT DO IT!!!!

This place is filled with money hunger and greed. ******** care isnt priority. They slap you with all these extra fees that should mainly be included in the surgery cost. The communication in the office is poor. You are completely worthless once they have all your money. I was told about packages on the day of my surgery which I had no knowledge of before my surgery which was totaling up $1000. I thought everything was paid for before the surgery day. You can schedule an appointment for post op massages and they still make you wait for at least 2 hours before you can be seen to get a massage. The day my surgery was done while in recovery I was rushed out of the bed and having catheter pulled out of me and being forced to move fast while still under anesthesia. I was begging for water and I got yelled at. There is zero patient care in this place and I wouldnt go back for anything.
