      The date of this transaction varies throughout the year of 2022 from Feb - June . I paid seduction cosmetics a total of 4301 for a lipo 360/ bbl cosmetic surgery. Feb 23 I received an email from seduction cosmetics refund department stating I was approved a refund of 3301 & that it would take 20 business days (march 25th) I contacted them after that & got no response , they contacted me March 26th & after going ************* they sent me 9 refund receipts to my email & stated they refunded me (*****) I have not received any money from ********* bank has not received any funds from them .

      Good morning, I am reaching out from Seduction Cosmetics. Patient was refunded March 26, 2024 in the amount of $3500, the only amount kept was $1000 due to signed contracts of the deposit being non-refundable.

      I contacted Seduction dental design to have resin veneers applied to my teeth. I spoke with the patient consultant. ************** and asked her numerous times if the board-certified dentist would be performing the procedure she assured me yes on May 31, 2023. I went to the facility I was seen by ******************************************. He examines my teeth. I was given x-rays and a cleaning by a woman named *********************. On June 1, 2023 I had the procedure done. ***************** was the one who did the procedure she was wearing scrubs as soon as I got home the veneers chipped. I made a second appointment for August 25 at that point, she fixed the veneers and whitened my teeth because they had become discolored. Once again when I left the facility, more teeth, *******************, I called and made an appointment to come in on January 19 to see ****************** At that point I learned that ***************** was no longer employed there I Later learned that she was not a dentist she was the office manager. I was told by ****************** that they no longer do resin and that he could not help me and that my teeth should not have been whitened because you cannot whiten resin veneers. I asked for my money back and they refused. I learned that someone had plastic surgery at the facility and had died . I also learned that they had numerous Better Business Bureau complaints. ****************** stated that ***************** worked under his supervision and that she was not a dentist. This facility operates without impunity. I want my money back thats the only way this could be made right

      Patient came in stating that she was here to fix her chipped teeth and discoloration she had in her teeth. I let her know we did not have anyone who did resin veneers at the moment and that what was occurring to her was normal. Resin veneers suffer from discoloration, chipped teeth, and/or teeth falling. Resin veneers can last 6 months to 2 years depending on the care the patient has. Based on the patient's teeth color you can tell she was not having adequate care, patient stayed she smokes and drink coffee which is not healthy for the teeth. Patient was advised that we could leave porcelain veneers at $6500 as it was time to remove the resin veneers. She mentioned that ******** had attended her prior times without charge and would fix any concerns she had. This would be her third time traveling and after contacting ******** she realized she did not work with us anymore. ****************** saw the patient and explained that what was happening was normal and that she could remove the resin veneers or get porcelain veneers done. Patient did not want to pay more money because she stated it was not her fault this was occurring and that she wanted us to either give her the porcelain veneers for free or refund her money. That if neither of these was done she would dispute with her bank and open a lawsuit. After speaking to **************** he mentioned no refund is due, patient paid for resin veneers, and that is what she had done. That she can have porcelain veneers done, but would need to pay. Patient said she was going to continue with the dispute and open a case. She asked for my name and stormed off.

      I contacted Seduction Dental regarding resin veneers, i spoke with patient consultant ***************** and asked her multiple times if a board certified dentist would be performing my procedure. She assured me 100 percent yes.On June 1st i had the procedure done by ********************* whom i believed to be a dentist. My veneers started falling off and chipping and turning colors within a week. I then contacted *************** and she instructed me to return. She applied more resin but that also did not last. I went back a 3rd time and noticed that her picture was in the lobby stating that she was the office manager. I asked a few people including her if she was a dentist and she responded that she was not. I asked for a refund several times and they would not refund any money and then was asked to come back again she then pl;aced 4 caps on my teeth and now i have major issues with my bite and also inside my bottom lip, it is cut and not healing . I then returned to the clinic to ask ****************************************** if he could correct and fix the issues properly. He would not fix anything and the new office manager ***************************** was very rude and refused to issue any type of refund. I then learned that the women that performed the work was NOT dentist and she was also fired from the facility recently and they no longer perform resin veneers. I want a full refund for damages caused by an unlicensed person.

      I am rejecting this response because: First and foremost, you had a unlicensed person working on my teeth I was promised a licensed dentist. You clearly know this because with the picture attached, she was an Manager secondly my veneers started to fall off within two weeks not two years thirdly, I do not smoke or drink coffee. That is a blatant lie. your business has over 160 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and an F rating so that tells you everything right there I am requesting a full refund for false advertising and an unlicensed practitioner. I have cuts inside my lip and my bite is not right and all of my veneers fell off due to the fact that you have unlicensed people working on patients.

      I had scheduled a surgery with seduction cosmetics. I was unable to have the surgery due to pregnancy and breast feeding my infant. I ended up not being able to medically have the surgery. Seduction has refused me a refund even though I cannot safely do the procedure. They are not being ethical. They are thieves, they are greedy. The seed of greed will be reaped on their on. It is not ethical to force someone into a surgery that is not safe to go under. It is unethical to keep someones money when they will not receive the service. (Outside of the non refundable deposit)This is unacceptable and should be handled accordingly.

      Patient had signed a contract with the company and the only issue she had is that she was pregnant and she was having the baby we explained her she can wait 6 months and them safety have the procedure she refuse it and she did signed the contract

      I had surgery with Dr ***** on 6/20/23. She did not do my surgery correct. I noticed the next day that my muscle repair was not properly done. I have asked numerous times to see her for a follow up. She will not see her patients after doing the surgery. I've asked for a refund since my surgery was not properly done and I've been denied a follow-up appointment. Next step will be a malpractice lawsuit and complaints with the board.

      What the patient is staying is not true at all, doctor ***** performed the procedure she signed the contract for she can request all her medical records and also her before and after pictures that way she will see the big difference she had obviously she is not getting what she wanted due that she was not a tinny lady she was a little big for what she is expecting, but her results are amazing and her muscles were repaired and doctor ***** did her part, she does not qualifies for a refund

      I was 196 lbs the day of surgery. Well below the required weight. That has nothing to do with me asking to see the doctor for a follow up after she has done a surgery on me. I have been told by multiple doctors that the muscle repair is not tight. If a patient has a surgery and asks to see the doctor in person or virtual to express concerns and have a follow up appointment, it should be granted. The medical board will hear this complaint next. There is no reason a doctor wouldn't schedule a follow up with a patient that has concerns if the procedure was done correctly.

      I went to ***** to have breast augmentation on Jan 9 **** with a different clinic but that turned out to be a scam. While trying to salvage my trip I contacted seduction cosmetics and asked them if they would accept my clearances I had already done and had proof of so that I could have the surgery before I left. The person I spoke with requested all my documents and informed me that if I paid the full amount that day they could schedule my surgery for the following week. I insisted that I be cleared before I paid! She assured me I was cleared. I paid the amount in full! I received a pre op date and a surgery date. I arrived at my pro op appointment they handed me a clip board with a stack of papers that I signed. Once I handed them the signed papers I was informed theyt didn't have any of my clearances! I told them I submitted them to the person who took my money by both email and text messages and had proof! They argued with me but decided they could use some of them but I would have to redo a few others which would take days and more money. I asked thrm why they would give me a pre op appointment and a surgery date before I was cleared? They didn't have a response. I called them later that day and demanded access to the patient portal and was promised I would receive the email asap. The following day I received an email reminding me of my up coming surgery. And Monday morning , the date of my surgery there was an email with instructions on what do to before I arrive! I waited until the office was open and called and they said i missed my surgery appt! IThey talked about protocol and steps that needed to be taken before you can get cleared. One of those steps was once you pay a deposit you get access to the patient portal, I never did and when they finally sent it to me that Monday it was too late. If I would have known about the portal from the beginning I would have known I wasn't cleared and I not have signed those documents. I was misled!

      Before patient paid we explained her she was missing some lab work that she could do here at the center with us and takes less than 24hrs and she agreed, at the time that patient arrived to our center did not have proper lab work, didn't want to do them at our facility. said she'll come back on Monday of the following week and she did not show up on any of those days unfortunately she had signed a contract were it stayed if you do not follow contract requirements you do not qualify for a refund

      I scheduled an appointment with Seduction Cosmetics for a Breast Lift, Thigh Lift, and BBL, which I paid for in full ($11,999.00). The procedure was initially scheduled for September 5, 2023. However, I received a text message from Seduction Cosmetics 2 weeks before the surgery date, informing me that I had a medical issue that prevented them from performing the procedure. They advised me to request a refund, which I promptly did. Unfortunately, my refund request was denied on the grounds of a mistake in the interpretation of my lab results. In an act of goodwill, I rescheduled the procedure for November 11, 2023, after multiple calls to ensure my readiness for surgery before traveling to *******. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I still required new lab work and a fresh Clearance letter, which incurred additional costs. I made every effort to complete the necessary lab work and obtain medical clearance, since the procedure was scheduled for the following day. Despite my best efforts, Seduction Cosmetics once again declared that no surgeon would proceed with the surgery due to irregular lab results. They advised me to request a refund, which I duly did. However, my refund request has been repeatedly and immediately denied without any explanation provided. If you are considering engaging in business with this company, I strongly urge you to reconsider. They demonstrate unprofessional conduct, and not only do they refuse to perform the procedure, but they also make the process of obtaining a refund extremely challenging (the denial reason has changed each time with no guidance from them).

      I spoke to the patient she wanted to know why her refund had been denied, when she was notified in the clinic she would be due a refund. I explained to her that even though her surgery day all surgeons denied her case they requested for her to see her primary care physician and based on his diagnosis they would know weather to proceed or not. Patient had the *** levels high and might be going through kidney failure and if that was the diagnosis she would be due a full refund without the deposits. Patient states she saw her primary care physician as she booked a flight right back and had her diagnosis that was given by her primary care physician and recent bloodwork. That she is not able to have surgery, but she is not giving us the option to get something from her doctor staying she is not able to do the procedure. I told her to send her updated results to ******************************** and to keep in mind if the refund does get approved it can take up to 21 business days for it to be processed. Patient has my information in case she needs to get in contact with management again, also we need before we get to have a final decision for the patient to have her doctor to send all documentations due that she had signed a contract and she is trying to break it without having the proper information.

      I was scheduled for surgery on 11/28 with Dr ***** but was denied surgery by the dr ***** 11/29 due to complications with my blood pressure as she showed concern with and verbally communicated that she felt uncomfortable doing my surgery they sent me to the coordinator ********* who I had paid **** to in cash on 11/27 for cell saver and a tummy tuck package she stated I had to purchase for the surgery I did not receive neither nor my surgery ********* advised me that I will be getting a refund due to my reason of being canceled was medical and I would have to request it online in my portal. I requested the refund 3 times and all were denied I have tried contacting seductions and also responding to text messages on how to get my lines back but they are ignoring my calls messages and emails. They are trying to keep my money with no communication I was also advised that only my deductible will not be refunded as it was non refundable however they are stealing $6900 plus$ ***************************************************** began to give my money back

      I am rejecting this response because: they have denied me  3 times I literally just sent another request for my refund today 12/05/23. My contract was only valid for 18 months signed on may of 2022 my surgery was sch on November 28 2023! Which means that contract was null and void and INVALID AFTER THE 18 month. Seduction had me pay for a care package and cell saver that cost $1173 I NEVER RECEIVED. My surgery was $6900. I want my money no services were Rendered to me non what so ever.. ********* and the surgeon ***** told me I wouldnt have any problems receiving any of my money because THE DR ****** BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT COMFORTABLE for medical reasons. They lie and your face and steal your money thats not okay! I can also send a copy of my contract WHERE it states the contract isONLY VALID for 18 months since they are trying to say they go by the contract. They are a bunch of liars and fraud ppl taken women money during a vulnerable time!

      As you guys can see my constant of attempts of trying to contact them today I was denied right after you guys sent me their response also I have a screen shot of my contract stating that the contract is ONLY VALID for 18 mos signed 5/06/22 my surgery was sch 11/28/23 which is over 18mos in this  contract was null and void and invalid.. never signed a new contract with seduction.  I wish to just get my refund and go on with my life its a shame how they do business take your money and just leave u stuck with out providing you any kind of services nor reason for a denial furthermore I shouldnt have to go to this extent to even get a response for my money or to get my refund they know they have wronged me just provide me my refund please and thank you.

      I have yet to receive my refund and not understanding why they are holding my money the $1,173 for the cell saver and tt package and $6,900 from my the surgery. No services was rendered to me and they just messaged me requesting testing from specialist after they have cancelled me and sent me home. Also, theses specialist and test the are requesting was NEVER a requirement! I dont kno why they would even assume I will still be getting surgery after their dr specifically denied me stated I was not a candidate then sent me home! I have been beyond patient with this center But they are not trying to give my money, they are trying to find a reason to deny it my contract expired/or was non valid BEFORE MY SURGERY and no services was rendered to me at all I am request all payments to be released or matter to be escalated!

      Like we said in the previous response we haven't denied our refund, but we have a contract which we have to follow the rules she needs to see the physicians the doctor is requiring to determine if she qualifies for a refund or not

      I have been diagnosed with a Spinal Cord Injury and not able to have the scheduled surgery. I called to cancel for a refund however while speak to my consultant , I was told that I will be charged a cancellation fee of ******* per procedure. In addition, I may not be granted a refund due to approaching the end of my contract. I told him that my contract does not end until December. His response was, I didnt sign you up so the only thing I could do was to request a refund on the portal ! I did so in the required time frame and it was denied. I am asking for a full refund minus the cancellation fee of ******* as stated in their contract. Please help! Thank you.

      On October 27,2023 I submitted a Zelle payment for a deposit on 2 cosmetic surgeries under the impression that I would pay the deposit , have my surgery, and have 18 months to pay the surgery in full. At the time of the transaction I only had a virtual card available and they stated they cannot accept that but would accept Zelle. Once the transaction was completed they emailed me my contract stating I have to pay the amount in full of the cosmetic procedures prior to having the surgery. Once I contacted them to rectify they advised that they had told me previously I had to pay full prior to surgery (they did not because I specifically turned down 2 other locations for that specific reason) when I requested my refund they stated ***** is non refundable but they would speak with a manager. I received a call today October 30,2023 saying I had to sign the contracts in order to not lose my $500 and they kept pressuring me to sign the contract even though on their website it says non refundable if contract is signed. The conversations with the coordinator are in Spanish. I was being forced to sign a contract even though their website clearly stated that if I DID sign my deposit was non refundable. I just want my money back. When I sent the Zelle I was never advised it was non refundable. Also the coordinator stopped communicating with me when I asked if the manager was in the office today and after sending screenshots of their website explaining if I signed the contact it was non refundable. I have not signed any contracts with them. Also at the time that they were trying to force me to sign the contracts I explained I could not because I was at the hospital and did not have signal to enter my email.

      I received a text stating my surgery is less than 30 days away. I never agreed to any date because of this whole situation. I believe they are trying to schedule it like this in order to justify not giving me the refund for the deposit.

      As of now the patient never submit a formal request through the refund portal, the employee that told the patient that ***** does not have refund has been given a warning already and one of my manager has contacted the patient to confirmed the number to send her money back
