    I just paid ninety nine dollars for a program. I have no access to nobody's called me. The number I was able to call said they couldn't verify my account. I am more than unhappy about this. And I really think this is a scam.

    Prepaid for one lead. Commas has taken unauthorized money out of my account. Refuses to return such monies. Filed with my bank as it is stolen. Commas Formaly known as FanBasis.

    I love all of the creation tools that Commas provides for my business. However, the best part about their service is their customer service when I have a question with my account. Thank you Orlando Mouton for explaining what was happening with my account and guiding to the solution.

    I encountered a scam company that advertised their services on REMOVED. I saw their ad on June 11, 2026. A man named REMOVEDclaimed you only needed to pay $67.00 to get started, which turned out to be a lie. After I paid the initial $67.00, they asked for more money. I decided not to proceed any further and requested a refund. I never received a response, so I filed a complaint. Their reply stated that I had been refunded, but that was also a lie. This company is a scam. The compliants where coming in with Fanbasis so they changed their name to Commas.

    How to issue with a company who use fan base/Commas to process my transaction. Things went South and a company refused to give me a refund, but I presented everything to fan basis and they refunded it the entire thing and did it right by the customer. Guys were awesome!

    They charged my account when my account did not have sufficient funds and they did not want to refund or stop the unauthorized payment. The customer service was not helpful. Kind of shady and not a company I would trust. Do not sign a loan with them, avoid them.

    I sent them a message that a fraudulent passport service company is using them to charge my account. They sent me a message to reach out to go REMOVEDand no one responds. Commas is associated with scammers. Someone needs to investigate this company and why they are allowing this to happen

    This is a scam!! Don't fall for it. Saw it on REMOVEDabout making passive income. Paid my registration fee of $65 then was told to call a number. I called and scheduled a call back at 1pm. No call at 1pm so I called them. A guy answered and already knew my name. I told him I was waiting for a call from a guy by the name of REMOVEDand he told me well why don't you wait across the border and wait for him. I thought I heard wrong so I asked him to repeat what he said and he again said wait across the border. I immediately locked my card and cancelled the payment. Don't get scammed by this place. It's all fraud!
