    This is a scam company. The phone number is bogus. If you write to cancel an order, they tell you its already been shipped. Impossible due to their business hours. If you place an item in the cart, they rush you through getting your credit card number. You have no chance to see that theyre charging you $14 for shipping and handling. Thats more than 50% of the price of the item. I am calling my credit card company now.

    On 7/19/24 I placed an order with Medilisk off of Instagram for tinnitus mist ear spray (1 bottle) @ $19.99. I was about to place the order but to my surprise an ad pooped up with other products asking if I wanted it. I HIT THE NO THANK YOU BUTTON!! Then more ads popped up. So, I decide to leave the site. Within 20 minutes I get a call from the fraud department of Umpqua bank. I was asked if I had authorized a payment of $61.00, I said NO. Now my card has been blocked. I will be making a call to the fraud department to Umpqua Bank first thing this morning. I need to understand why this happened, when I didn't complete this order.

    I should have done full research before ordering the Lung spray & patches. I honestly thought these products were formulated & came from *************? The address alone can be very misleading into convincing people to think its a USA product! Pretty sure this is this company's aim / goal as to why they use a USA address. I would have NEVER ordered something to be taken orally formulated in a foreign country; this alone can be risky- you just never know? With that being said, I placed an order totaling $139.91 for 8 Lung Cleansing sprays & 60 Cleansing Lung Patches; we figured why not get enough for a family of 4 w/ asthma / 2 ex smokers. Order was placed 7/9/24 @ 11:30am. I then received confirmation of order shortly after & of course, the money was deducted immediately out of my account (Glad I used PayPal). I then received an email w/ a message: "your order is on its way" expecting *** or ***** tracking # as I paid / was charged for Priority & insured shipping; instead I got a Yanwen tracking number? What country is this coming from? Tracking does not show where its coming from like USA carriers disclose? I then attempted to contact this company via phone as shown in their contact info. (this number has been busy for over 1 week now?) I have tried calling during different times to no avail..This is the 2nd red flag for me & after reading all the complaints on BBB I see I'm not alone & confirms this company is not so reputable = 3rd flag. My Family was excited to start using this product until all the red flags.I am going to try to email them w/ e-address in contact section since via phone is a fail. I figured I'd file a complaint to warn others & have BBB assist in this issue & will contact PayPal in addition. *Now 7/30/24 I HAVE NOT received this order yet? Geez, I've ordered from further countries & received item in same week w/ no priority tracking - go figure! This company offers 90 days full refund money back guarantee. *I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND ThankU

    They are liar's. Product doesn't work. Said 100 % refund in 90 days. I have been requesting a refund since May. Have received nothing. They are a rip off.

    I have been calling # only grt a busy signal. Next time I order ANYTHING I will make sure it is not coming from FLORIDA!! Do not order from this company. I also did not receice a confirmation letter for order.

    They are not worthy of a star. This company is a Scam. I used Pal pal so filed a claim with them. They do not stand by satisfaction guaranteed full refund. I have reported them to FTC. Do not use this company.

    I just place an order .. ( wrong charge ) All the phone numbers they provide. Never answer . Not in service. I order one cream $19 .00 and the charge to my credit card $61.95 .. I want my money back . I do not trust this company .

    They double charged my credit card. After several emails they finally said they would credit my card and it would appear on my account in ************************** their emails was down right weird, like they did not have good knowledge of English. Supposedly the order is on it's way, Shipping label created in **. I think a 7th grader could have done better. DO NOT DO business with these people!!!!

    Questionable business. Placed an order for 1 unit of their product. No confirmation email was received. Order was changed to 3 units, and monthly recurring order. Phone number on the website doesnt work. Phone number shown for the company on the banks on the credit card transaction doesnt work. The order was for an over the counter medication, but listed on the credit card statement as mens and womens clothing. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE.
