  I purchased a bottle of medilisk and I must say it work so good I willing to purchase again. Just wanted to check reviews because sometimes it is too true to be this good.ijs At this point I would give 5stars hoping I have no side effects.

  I ordered a spray to help reduce ringing in the ears on 9/16/24. What isn't outlined on the website is that the product is coming from *****. I receive the item on 10/2/24, which isn't great, but not horrible either. The issue is the return policy. The website states that the customer is responsible for cost of returning the item. What they don't tell you is that the item has to be returned to *****. The initial response I received when I asked for instructions to return the item was as follows:"Due to the discounted nature of your purchase, we can't accept returns. However, we have a special offer for you - choose between a 30% discount on any item in our store or a partial refund of your order. Feel free to keep the product or consider gifting it to family or friends."Keep in mind that (1) it wasn't discounted and 2) this is a spray. The nozzle is inserted into your ear - you can't have someone else use it!In any event, the website says there is a 90-day review period with 100% refund, not a partial refund. When I advised of the representations on their website, I was told I needed to return the product, in the original packaging, with the invoice, to their China warehouse, as they do not issue return labels and do not have a warehouse in *****************. The cost of returning the item would almost be what I paid for the product. Nowhere on their site do they tell you it's coming from or has to be returned to *****. At that point, I felt I was left with no choice but to accept their "partial refund" offer (not knowing how much "partial". was going to be). I received that today, a total of $10.20 from a total paid to them of $47.91. So, essentially they didn't even refund the "processing fee" of $3.96 and the "priority and insured shipping" of $9.95.I would think twice before ordering from this site.

  Don't order!!!! They will not let you cancel an order within 15 to 20 minutes of making it... read the reviews 1st.....my mistake for believing 90 day money back!!!

  They advertise products that doesnt exist because they upsell on the website to get more of your money and then respond really quick like they fulfilled your order and plus I paid for expedited shipping and they gave me a phony shipping number and the phone number is no good either so dont buy anything from them. I have emailed them and tried to call but no response. The BBB gives them an F

  I have been trying to return the Medilish product since mid-August and filled out the correct document they require. I addition I have tried to contact them by phone but I believe their number is a hoax as it never rings and cuts out almost immediately. This company does not respond to email sent to their email address and using their contact us form on line. Their in the phone is always busy but with a few seconds the call is cut off. It is impossible to get incontact with them. I do now believe they are a hoax. They say on their website that the are BBB approved but your website indicates they are not.The product they sold is useless and does nothing to assist with the breathing issues touted on their website. The taste of the product also makes it difficult to use. Overall it was a huge waste of money. How do consumers protect them selves today from the multitude of ********?I know now that I have been scammed and want to inform the BBB in the event you can assist in any way.

  Watch out for their "offer grades" as they will let you think you are getting an upgrade at a cheaper price. Instead, they also bill you for the cheaper upgrades. Instead of one order, I ended up with 3 for a total of $132. Now I have to stop the ** payment, if possible. Sleazy way to do business. I will report them to ****.

  I cancelled my order ten minutes after it was accidentally placed. They claimed the already shipped it. Charged my credit card right away. They are a scam and my Fraud Alert was no better.I will never order from the internet again

  This company is a scam. I ordered a Quit Stick to help stop smoking as advertised. The Quit stick turned out to be a small, cheap plastic container with a little stick inside that this absolutely nothing. You're supposed to inhale this through the nose but nothing happens when you do. There is no substance in the stick to inhale. Just some plastic thing. No instructions or safety warnings, no product descriptions. Just a plastic thing in a shipping enveloped. Per their own company policy, they promise 100% refund within 90 days. I asked for a refund and they won't give it to me. Instead they told me to send the product back to some warehouse in ***** (?!) but no address given. Their ****************** lady is somebody whose picture is from a dental office in *********. This company is a total scam. I looked up their registered name "Prime Commerce LLC" and they are having all sorts of bogus health remedies on ******.
