1 starThe company is charging me for a monthly subscription that I did not agree to. Theyve charged me three times and are telling me they cannot refund me. I purchased a cream from them and all of a sudden started to have recurring fees out of my account. When I wrote the company, they told me that it was in fine print upon checkout that I was agreeing to a subscription service, which I have no email Showing any of that information. The company advertises a money back guarantee for their "lung cleanse" spray. It soon became apparent that their product was useless and had no effect whatsoever on the lungs or better breathing. When I tried to begin the steps of obtaining a refund, there was one roadblock after another and it became clear they were stonewalling me. First, despite their website touting a Miami, Florida address and using pictures of American medical professionals, they are actually a Chinese based company. When you try to reach someone at their posted number the phone just rings and rings, and no one ever picks up the phone. They did respond to an email and said that I could only obtain a partial refund, contrary to the advertisements. I would need to mail back the product, but they would never give me an address. When pressed, they said I would need to mail the product to China. Run, don't walk from this company and their products. Everyone burned by this company should file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Attorney Generals office. If I had the time and money, I would have their liquid tested in a lab to determine what is actually in their products.medilisk.com

1 starIf I could give less than one star I would. I ordered their product for tinnitus. I accidentally ordered the promotional items. As soon as I realized I emailed them to cancel that promotional items. **** said that I can return that promotion item within 90 days with no problem. With trust I said ok.Product took awhile to deliver. When I received the product the return address is *************** the same state where I am. The product manufacturing date is so close to the date I received the packaged. Another red flag because they need testings to make sure product meets the standard operating producers. Product is manufactured in *****. If this came from ***** with the manufacturing date too close to received date it only means no testing done? Red flag.When I decided to return the promotion item through email I was told that I have to ship the product to *****, shipping fee is on me before they can refund the money. They offer discounts if I keep the product. But if it is not effective why would I keep it? As they have a 90 day return policy if not satisfied with their ********** their ad there is no telling of shipping return product to *****. I cannot return locally due to environmental reasons that they only received the return if ship to their China company. It doesnt make sense. No mention of product coming from *****. In my desperation to get relief from my tinnitus, I trusted the company.medilisk.com
