    I ordered a product on the 8th of June 2024. I not yet received it. I attempted on several occasion contact them and the phone was always busy, nor did I get what i ordered MD ****** Lung Cleaning Spray. Now I would just like a refund. I the company appear to be real online that took my money and I had no Idea that the product was coming from *****. I received an email telling me that the product was shipped on the 9th. If I don't get my refund, I do want my money I gave them, I just want this story reported and they need to know, so others don't get ripped off like me. Thank you much.

    Purchased a product In May, have not received. reached out to business, they instructed me to reach out to the carrier and gave me a name (Halify), i requested a contact number and that's when the communication ended. I tried contacting this carrier at no luck. I reached back out to the vendor asking for either a refund or to resend the product and have not gotten any answers back. AT this point I would like for them to refund the product. I even tried ordering through Amazon and the product continues to change delivery dates making me think Amazon has not gotten it either hence its possibly a scam.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The time this took was so long my father had to find another solution and this product is no longer needed. He spent a long-time suffering with discomfort waiting for this and we had to look elsewhere. As far as the address goes there are no errors in it, and this option was not offered when I first reached out but after I expressed, I would be making an official complaint. My father deserves his money back at this point.

    I ordered a product over a month ago, I never received it. I did contact them and still nothing was resolved, nor did I get what i ordered. Now I would just like a refund. I think it's a fake,non-existing company that took my money. They tell me it was sent out? That's bs.     I made a purchase for the Medilisk spray online and it came in the mail. I took it my doctor and he advised me to not use the spray, but I can try they patches. So, I contacted Medilisk and they told I can't get a refund because they sales they product so cheap and at the same time they have a return policy that states you can return the products within 30 days. I feel that is not fair when a business doesn't honor, they policies> I am just trying to get my refund and never ever deal with the company no more. No telling how many other consumers they are treating like this.

    I purchased a product on April 9 and decided it wasn't for me. I did not even open the package. The company has a 30 day money back offer. I emailed the company and they are not willing to give me a return address so I can send it back for a FULL REFUND. The phone number they list is not in service either!!

    On 4/8/24 i ordered 2 bottles of lung mist and requested the rapid delivery (which i paid extra for). The total was $52.95. They received the money in their acct. The same day.
