    Max Warehouse sent e-mail updates as my order was being processed and shipped. Delivery was fast and the product (pallet tarps) seems of good quality. We'll see over time if it holds up out in the weather. The prices were also very reasonable.

    I tried desperately to cancel my order but all of my calls to your 800 number went un answered and the computer told me that there was nothing I could do to stop the order. (even though it was 2 minutes old)No sooner than I submitted the order, My daughter, who was to receive the items called to say that the delivery date would be too late and that she had already purchased the items locally.I hope you can understand my level of frustration trying to deal with your team.

    I am pleased with MaxWarehouse and will use them again. The website was easy to navigate. The order was processed quickly. The products arrived in the mail in excellent condition. I have had no need to use customer service, but the follow up emails were awesome.
