    Item ordered was admittedly a bit large (1 wood lattice panel) but I didnt expect it would ship with no protection -- it just had some clear wrap up at the very top to stick the delivery label to. Parts of the panel were chipped/splintered, which may have happened during shipping. Aside from affecting the look, at makes it hard to handle what with the splintered wood, which can be felt even with gloves. Was glad they had the product I wanted but was disappointed in the end result.
