I ordered a $76.99 bottle of protein powder called Naked Mass from Naked Nutrition via their website. The product never arrived. The company said that deliveries are often marked as delivered before they actually are, and that they would look into what happened. Weeks passed and the product never arrived. Naked Nutrition then assured me that they checked and that the product did in fact arrive at my building.But Naked Nutrition never provided me with a proof of delivery to my address or building. They refuse to refund me or resend the product. Their customer service is impossible because you cannot speak to anyone directly. You can only go through email and they will ignore you as long as they can. Im trying to work with my credit card company to get a chargeback. I just want my money back. I never received a product and the company has not acted in good faith in trying to rectify the issue or at the very least provide me with proof of delivery.Initial Complaint

I placed an order and got notice it was delivered, I waited patiently for no package. I contacted the merchant for them to talk me to wait another week. Still nothing . They then stated they would reach out. Ive yet to hear from them and still no package.Initial Complaint

I purchased Double Chocolate whey protein. I was sent Vanilla whey protein. I contacted the company and they informed me that I must send back the vanilla before they will send me my order. I informed them that I am not legally obligated to send back any item that I did not order. I also informed them that I do not want to spend my time, effort, and money arranging the return of their mistake.The companies customer service and owner of the company have both told me that I will not receive what I ordered, and that they will not refund my money unless I send back the Vanilla product. I have repeatedly explained to them that I, the consumer, am not responsible for the mistakes their company has made. And I am not legally obligated to take any action on the return of a product that I did not order. Naked Nutrition has stolen my money by not providing me the product which I purchased. On 11/19/23, 3/19/24, and 8/4/24, I purchased 5-pound jugs of Naked Whey protein powder (bought thru ****** but manufactured by Naked Nutrition). The serving size is two rounded scoops and there are supposedly 76 servings per container. For the first two jugs, I didn't get anywhere near that, more like 50 or 55 servings. So that is fraud. The newest jug came with identical nutritional info, but with a much smaller scoop, like maybe 2/3 the size of other ones. My guess is that the larger scoops were included in the first two jugs in error, inducing me to use much more product than I wanted or needed, costing me a lot of money (these jugs cost almost $100 each). Alternatively, they are now lying about the nutritional value of two of these smaller scoops and they don't provide the nutrition promised. I ordered a bottle of rice protein powder, as I have multiple times from this company. The rice protein I received in Order ****** was bitter and had a disgusting taste that was different from other bottles of the same product I received from them in the past. It was inedible and I emailed to ask for a replacement product from a different lot. I had to send multiple emails to get any reply. When they sent the replacement product, it was from the same defective lot, 2-4109-NR, that I originally had a problem with. On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, I purchased multiple products from Naked Nutrition. With one product in particular, Double Chocolate Whey Protein Powder | Naked Whey - 5LB, $94.99, I experienced a HORRIBLE reaction to my skin where I broke out in red bumps, itchy rash, redness to my skin. I tested it a couple of days, and experienced the same reaction. (Image provided in the attached). I noticed on their website that they do not process returns or issue refunds on opened items, however, I figured I would try and reach out to the merchant and see what they could do in terms of making an exception to their strict policy given my negative experience with the product. After both my bank and PayPal process the payment they said they never got the payment even with all my information they canceled my order after I showed them I paid. 4-29-2024 ******** date. I placed an order on Naked Nutritions website. I ordered 4 items. The order was delivered via Amazon Shipping. The delivery box had minor travel wear, nothing that I would say was badly damaged. There was no packing protection in the box. I did see the collagen powder container (all are hard plastic) was damaged. I had a couple of days left before I needed to open the items as I still had some remaining in my current jars. When I opened the others, I saw that 2 of the 3 powders had moisture in them. They both had dark clumps and a rancid smell. The other container had the safety seal damaged. I immediately notified Naked Nutrition along with sending photos per their request. That has been almost 2 weeks ago. They have completely stopped responding to my emails. I reached out to ****** since they delivered the package. Amazon states that since I ordered through Naked Nutrition, that is who must resolve the issue. I have asked multiple times for the entire order to be picked back up and my credit card refunded in full. Have tried calling multiple times and a recording comes on telling you to email them. I have emailed asking for a phone call to resolve the issue, and still no response. I am reaching out to see if you can help resolve this. If not, I am going to have to file fraudulent charges with the credit card I used to pay for the product. I have copies of all emails, as well as photos of products.Customer Answer

Hi, I am just hoping you can tell me how long I should wait to file a fraudulent charge complaint with the credit card company I used to pay for this order. It has been over 2 weeks with no response back from them. It has been even longer since I tried reaching out to them myself. Are there any other agencies you know of that I can also reach out to? I have the product in plastic Ziploc bags and the smell coming from them is horrible. I need to be able to dispose of the products.

I purchased a defective batch of Naked Salt and Sugar Peanut Butter Powder on Feb. 8, 2024. The batch may not have been mixed properly and was way too salty. It is completely inedible.I contacted Naked Nutrition on Feb. 21, 2024. I was told I was incorrect, and that no refund would be issued.I am not incorrect. This is not a case of personal preference. I have had Naked Salt and Sugar Peanut Butter Powder before and it wasn't close to this salty. Others in my household have confirmed the same thing. It is completely inedible and I need to be reimbursed for a defective product.Naked Nutrition also needs to look into its quality control. People with salt sensitivities could be harmed by ingesting a product with this high sodium content level inadvertently.
