    I purchased Naked Whey directly from Naked Nutrition through their subscription service, my first order directly from them. I have used this product daily, for over a year. When I opened the five-pound canister of the product, on June 7, 2025, it had a sour milk smell, it was clumpy instead of a fine texture, and it had a more yellow color. I mixed the product in the blender with eight ounces of milk, as I always do. There was nothing wrong with the milk. We used all the milk with no issues after this incident. The shake always foams up, fills up with air. This time, it did not, it stayed the consistency of milk. It had a fruity taste. After drinking some of it, I had stomach pain and stopped drinking. Within an hour or so, I had diarrhea. I went out and bought a new canister of the same product. I used the same milk. I had no problems and finished that canister. I contacted Naked Nutrition on June 7, 2025. The only way you can communicate is through email or a phone number for an answering service. They responded within an hour to my email asking for specific information, bar code, shipping label, etc. I supplied it. On June 11th, I received an email saying it was being forwarded to the proper department. On June 19th, I received an email saying no other complaints were received about the batch I had. They wanted the information from other orders, but this was my first order from them. I usually bought this product from ******. At first, I asked for a replacement and a way to return the contaminated product I received. Then I asked for a refund. It is now June 30, and I have not heard from the since the 19th, despite my multiple emails. This product made me sick, I had to purchase another, which is a $95 order, but on ****** this time, and I should not have to pay for a product that I cannot use. I dont know how it got contaminated, from the scoop they put in the bottle or in processing, I just know I didnt cause it.

    Naked texted me that an autoship was confirmed. I texted back to cancel the shipment. They shipped the order anyway which was not authorized. I had to send them a picture just to get authorization to return a shipment I cancelled. To this day I have not received an authorization despite sending them a picture they requested on a shipment I did not authorize. Then they have the ******** to want to deduct a shipping fee. These people are totally dishonest, I guess that is why they have 39 complaints! This is the typical autoship scam.

    I tried to place an order for protein coffee on June 3, 2025. With a discount code, the cost was $33.00. I put the item in my cart and pressed checkout. I was immediately taken to an order confirmation - no information was double checked as it was when I have ordered in the past. It did not ask to check my mailing address, and it automatically charged the last card I used, which is no longer in use. I contacted customer service immediately, and they claimed they could update the mailing address, but they could not change the payment method, despite it being mere minutes after the order being placed. They said they could cancel the order, and I told them to please do that, as I was concerned about fees as the card they incorrectly charged is attached to a bank account not in use. The refund was not processed until June 6, and as a result, I was charged a $36.00 overdraft fee by my bank. I contacted customer service at **********************, but they claimed their system will not process refunds over the order amount (but magically never offered a refund that was equal to the order amount). As an aside, when I went to reorder, the coupon code no longer worked, so I was being asked to pay a higher amount. The mistake was on the side of Naked and their ordering system, so I want a refund of the overdraft fee they caused.

    My bank will not waive fees or respond to complaints unfortunately. Thats why I had stopped using them in the first place. Hopefully we get a response from Naked Nutrition.

    I contacted Naked Nutrition customer service on Thursday May 29, 2025 after receiving their product. It was nearly impossible to get opened, once I got it opened, made my shake and went to drink it, it smelled funny, and once I took the first sip it tasted like vomit. I took another drink and immediately had to spit it out. I had my husband taste it to be sure it wasn't just me, he also had to spit it out. The protein powder is bad, has something wrong with it or is just not right. The company was super responsive until I sent a picture of the lot number, the simply disappeared. I have sent three follow up emails with no response. This is my last stitch effort before reporting fraud to my credit card.

    On 4/10/2025 I purchased whey protein powder form Naked Nutrition. We found a plastic wire in the product. It was consumed and thrown up luckily. I am requesting a refund for the $75.99 I paid due to this issue. The company said the plastic was like from the lid or bottle the protein is stored in but would not take any responsibility towards issuing a refund. I believe if an issue could be caused by your packaging it would amount to the company being liable for that issue I had.

    I had high hopes for this preworkout powder, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The taste was rancid far from what was advertisedand the overall quality was terrible, making it impossible to use. I actually had to prevent myself from puking, it was clearly inedible. To make sure it wasnt just me, I also had somebody else try it who had the same exact experience To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, I was met with unbelievabe responses and zero willingness to help. A company selling health products should prioritize both quality and customer support**, but this one failed on both fronts. I ordered three products and was just looking for help on the one contaminated product, but to no avail.I would not recommend this product to anyone. If you're considering a purchase, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere for better quality and service.

    I ordered pea protein powder from this company and got an allergic reaction due to the product. I immediately contacted the company for a refund or exchange it for another product and they refused to work with me at all.

    The company is saying that I put the wrong address in. I know I didnt do that intentionally I dont even think I did that at . They said they sent it to my previous address. They did not. I went out there personally Ive had my neighbors check. No packages delivered. wants my weight ******. Nobodys gonna steal my weight ******. Im the one dying, not them. So this company will not refund me without giving them back their product well guess what Ive never received their product to either of my homes.

    Recently purchased powder arrive as a block. The product was foul smelling and tasting. While I am not asserting the product is definitively tainted, but the available evidence warrants concern and scrutiny.

    I purchased several products from this company because they looked to be reputable and I expected a quality product. However, several of the products had a strong, unpleasant taste and two of the products (the Matcha Latte and the Vanilla Collagen *******) had a rancid taste and contained strange lumps, as if the product had turned. To be sure it wasn't my taste, I shared these products with four family members and two friends, all of whom disapproved of the taste and believed them to be old. Even the product that hadn't turned stale tasted terrible. Before opening the last two products, I contacted the company to return the unused products and/or request a refund for the ****** products. They refused to refund any of the money and even claimed that the refund window for unopened products had closed, even though I didn't receive the products until 12/7/24 and contacted the company within 14 days. I purchased five products for $144.50, I am only requesting a refund for the two products that were obviously not fit for human consumption. The customer service representatives were not at all helpful or willing to compromise, nor did the company make any attempt to stand behind their products or show concern that some of their products were subpar. I would have preferred to work directly with them, rather than filing a complaint. However, I want other customers to know what to watch out for.
