      I purchased a defective batch of Naked Salt and Sugar Peanut Butter Powder on Feb. 8, 2024. The batch may not have been mixed properly and was way too salty. It is completely inedible.I contacted Naked Nutrition on Feb. 21, 2024. I was told I was incorrect, and that no refund would be issued.I am not incorrect. This is not a case of personal preference. I have had Naked Salt and Sugar Peanut Butter Powder before and it wasn't close to this salty. Others in my household have confirmed the same thing. It is completely inedible and I need to be reimbursed for a defective product.Naked Nutrition also needs to look into its quality control. People with salt sensitivities could be harmed by ingesting a product with this high sodium content level inadvertently.

      I ordered from Naked Nutrition and received what I ordered. To my surprise, the Pea Protein was not as advertised and I requested a refund. They falsely advertise the product as "unflavored", but when I contacted them they told me it's "savory flavored" via email. They then attacked/belittled me on my intelligence. I left a negative review on their website requesting a refund of my money and was then harassed via email by the same person making fun of me again and telling me I'm not getting a refund. I told him to stop harrasing me and I am afraid he is going to continue. I want my money back and this company to get in trouble for falsely advertising and harrasing customers.

      I purchased an order of protein from company website. Received protein which gave me adverse health effects. To my surprise by ordering from their website they automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription to receive an order every month. They initiated this order at 6am and sent me an email stating that the order had been placed and gave me 1 hour to cancel it. I did not see the email until I woke up several hours later. Upon seeing the charge on my credit card I immediately emailed naked nutrition asking them to both cancel this fictitious subscription that they signed me up for as well as cancel the order and refund me. They refused to either refund me or to accept a return and they completely ignored my complaint about their product causing me adverse health effects. I am requesting a refund of the total amount I paid them and to be removed from the automatic subscription service. I would also like someone to look into their fraudulent business practice of automatically signing customers up for their subscription service without their consent.

      I told Naked Nutrition in early September 2023 that they charged me twice for an order. What happened was I canceled my auto-subscription for 4 Naked Mass Protein Powder and was assured it was canceled. I even had an automated response that my subscription for 4 Naked Mass had been canceled. The next day I placed a manual order for 4 of this product instead. In the end, I was sent 8 of the product instead of 4, so clearly my automated order wasn't canceled like they said. I informed them of this issue through their support email. Then I reached out to Sales as well.Naked Nutrition's sales department informed me that their support email wasn't manned by anyone but was simply to tell people about orders they had made. So it was just for automation. Nothing on their website indicates this. Still, why was I told via an email my subscription had been canceled and then sent an extra 4 of the Naked Mass product?Naked Nutrition's **************** told me I could return the extra 4 product, but they would charge me $30.00 to return the shipment. I told them that wasn't fair because I had canceled the order myself, but their system put it through anyway and my email asking for confirmation from them about my order being canceled went to an inbox for Support that isn't staffed. So, I was told my initial order (which was automated) was canceled, when it wasn't.I asked their Support staff to confirm my order was canceled, just in case, but my inquiry went to a Support inbox not staffed by humans.Naked Nutrition is trying to charge me $30.00 to return 4 product that they never should have sent.On 9/14/2023 I asked Naked Nutrition for an update on this issue and gave them until end of business that day. It is now 9/29/2023 and no one has responded to my email. They've gone dark on **** would like a refund for the extra order of $207.97 and will return the items at Naked Mass's expense. I shouldn't have to pay more money to fix their mistake.

      On 9/20/2023 this company processed a reoccurring subscription order that I had canceled and changed the date on to process at another time as I did not have the money nor did I need the product. They processed it anyway which is something they have done before and clearly have an issue with their system. I reached out to them to cancel it and they would not cancel the item. They said they shipped it and I would have to pay to return it. It has been 5 days since the item was marked shipped but I never received it. I told them I did not get the item and they are refusing to send me my money back. I believe they never shipped the item and actually cancelled it as they have a lot of issues with their system. They are now holding my money and refuse to give me my money back for an item I never authorized or ordered and that I also never received to even be able to send it back for a refund. I just want my money back.

      This company has ignored all of my emails. They basically charged me for an item I did not order nor did they send to me and are now ignoring any attempt I make to contact them. This is a form of scamming! I hope you can report this so other customers do not have to experience what I have which is them stealing my money.

      I placed an order for 4 bins of protein and Naked Energy. I spent over $200 on these items. 2 items never left their shipment facility so after a week I requested a refund which they honored. When I opened the Pea Protein is smelled like mildew and I just ignored it and assumed it was in my head. I made a shake using it and almost puked after one drink. Something is not right with it! I emailed customer service because they dont have any other communication methods and I was told that since its open I cannot return it. I then requested a return of all unopened items and theyre giving me the run around even though their policy says I can return unopened items. This company is a scam and they just prey on first time customers in my opinion. Ive exchanged nearly 20 emails with no help. I called the number on the website and was told its just an answering service and they cant help I have to email. I just filed a dispute with my bank because this is not okay at all. I cant even use the product.

      Order was placed 3/25/23 for two items. Received one tracking number for my order later the same day. The next day, I received one box from the delivery driver for my order. However, there was only one item and was missing the second item that was part of my order.**************** initially stated that per the one tracking number, the order was delivered. Which indeed the tracking number does indicate that something was delivered, which I received only one of the two items I had in my order. Upon clarifying to the service rep, they then changed their statement saying my order was split into two shipments. However, I never received two tracking numbers, only one and I received one of two items only.After clarifying again that I only received one tracking for one item even though both items were placed in the same order, they then changed their statement once again, giving me an Amazon logistics number that happens to be attached to the same tracking number to give the false appearance of two separate tracking numbers.In the end, they are refusing to provide the products that I paid for, won't accept responsibility and have stolen my money for goods paid. **************** is lacking in this department. They hire incompetent service reps with robotic answers and they blame everything else except themselves for what happens next. My service rep ********.r.e.y A. Q.u.i.n.o.n.e.s did not do anything to help and was extremely incompetent. This is not the first time Naked Nutrition's delivery/warehouse system failed to deliver products and this will be the last time I order from them.

      I had placed a large order from them a few weeks ago. The package is lost in the system and they refuse to refund me. They said that they can not refund me because the package already shipped, how ever the package shipped weeks ago and has not moved through the system indicating that it is lost. I have emailed countless times and heard back once just for them to not answer again. I feel like they took advantage of the situation (you can not call them) and have taken my money without even so much as following up about my lost package.

      I purchased powder from NakedNutrition's website and paid for expedited shipping (1-3days) to an address I would be at in 4 days time. The product was delivered via **** 6 days after my order, however I had already departed that location and could not receive it. The customer service when dealing with ********************** has been non-existent through this process. After re-directing me to ****, they did not respond to or provide a resolution to any of my 12+ emails. This is 2022, they need to do better for their customers.
