    ******! I usually order the strawberry, which all of the sudden it is not available. I emailed the company and **** told me that they are having supplier problems. I questioned if they are making the product and if it is made in the ***. I also questioned why it was available on their website, but not ******. His final answer was: (copy paste) "While we do not disclose specific details about our processing and packaging locations for proprietary reasons, I can assure you that we are committed to providing top-notch products to our customers. This is why we use a PO Box as our mailing address.". I looked up their BBB Profile and it is an F. I looked up Nutricost as well as Isopure and BBB lists them as A+. Something is definitely wrong in that when I asked where the product is made the answer was proprietary.

    I directly through Naked Nutrition and received it on July 1, 2025. Within 48 hours, I contacted customer service through their chat system to report that the Naked BCAAs had a strong chemical odor and caused digestive discomfort after a single use. I submitted photos, including the lot number, as requested.Despite following their 7-day defective product policy and sending three follow-up messages, I received no reply for over a week. When they finally responded, they simply said there were no anomalies with the product and offered no refund, no credit, and no resolutiondespite my timely report and the product being clearly unusable for **** had two products on auto-renewal through their site (BCAAs and Advanced Collagen Peptides), but after this experience, Ive cancelled both. I cant continue doing business with a company that wont support customers when theres a legitimate concern.Its unfortunatebecause their protein powder is excellent. But when a brand refuses to stand behind its product, especially when the issue is reported two days after delivery, it breaks trust. And trust is everything when it comes to what you put in your body.All I asked for was a simple refund or store creditsomething any reputable company would offer under these circumstances.

    I recently ordered 3 5lb canisters of whey protein. One canister arrived with condensation inside. I immediately contacted customer service that very day with photos asking for a replacement. They responded with asking for more photos which I sent promptly. They then responded saying it wasnt condensation but settling during shipping. I pointed out that the product arrived at my house less than 24 hours after I ordered it (no way it had time to settle), that the other two canisters in the same order did not arrive looking like that, and that I had ordered naked whey via Amazon several times and never had it arrive looking like that. Crickets from their end. It has been two or three weeks now and they have not responded at all despite my having followed up twice since then. This canister cost me $75 and it arrived not fit for consumption. It is unopened with the original seal still on it. All Im asking for is a replacement. Absolutely deplorable customer service to gaslight a consumer who patronizes your business. Will not be buying from them ever again.

    I would never recommend Naked Nutrition to anyone ever based on my experience. It is super alarming to read and see that others have experienced something similar ad well regarding being scammed and taken advantage of. Long story short - I returned one of their products because it was the wrong order (which I had to pay for by the way) and still have not received my refund. It has been well over 6 weeks and still nothing. That is not only illegal but also abuse of consumer rights. As I am writing this I find it crazy unbelievable that Im even having to share this for others to beware. I have proof of communication, lack of acknowledgement, dismissive behavior etc. They owe me money and if this does not get resolved soon I will pursue this further because this is not okay at all to steal my money.

    I got a text after leaving the NAKED nutrition app saying hey we noticed you checking out, heres a 20% off coupon code. So I thought, maybe its worth buying. ****! False advertising. I emailed their support and they refused to answer why they give out coupons which dont work. I ordered anyways, and then got an email it will take almost TWO WEEKS to get in. Also the product is mostly Maltodextrin which is garbage calories, one of the worst things you can put in your body. ******** customer service Horrible product False advertising And they spent almost TWO WEEKS for 2-3 day shipping.

    My name is ****** *****. I had a recent order with Naked Nutrition that was not delivered to the proper address. I had reached out to them to try to get this resolved and they said there was nothing they could do. I am now out of hundreds of dollars. They have refused To rectify this with any type of discount or refund. They want to longer reply to my emails. I also cannot get a hold of anyone to talk to at this company. No one answers when I attempted to call. Im not even sure they have a customer service department for calls.

    1st time order. Some good reviews some bad. You don't know until you try it for yourself. I have stomach issues and I need clean ingredient products. I'm very disappointed in Naked Nutrient products. At least for me, other people might like them. The pre workout is gritty and no flavor. The Whey protein has no flavor. The Naked PB, horrible taste. I've tried making a shake with the whey and pb and again horrible flavor! The company does not back up their product. Once you open the package there is no returning the products! Nor will they refund my money!! I spent $130 on products that will go in the trash.

    This is my second try with these people. I wanted to love them as I fell hook, line and sinker, for their clever marketing of being one of the very few truly "naked" completely healthy products out there. But no, first off, this powder has a horrible taste and bad texture. I can't even stomach it mixed with water, much less with milk, fruit, oats, stevia, etc. Second, not all these products are "naked" as purported, which they push as being the cornerstone that they are built upon. Some of the products contain maltodextrin and who knows what else? **************** is just as bad as the taste of the powder. They told me if you open it too bad, it's your loss. How could I know how it tastes without opening it?! There does not seem to be any true passion or integrity for building healthy lifestyles here, only a passion for a money grab. Do not purchase here.

    This company needs to be shut down. It is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!They take your $, send you a product that you can not tolerate and then they refuse to answer their phone or return calls regarding recourse for that problem.They are a hazard. They are awful. They should be sued and closed.What a complete joke.BUYER BE VERY AWARE. I wish I had read my own review before spending $ on this product for $94,

    If I could leave no stars, I would. My experience with a customer service person has never been so God awful in my entire life. I was so taken back by their lack of professionalism. ******* from the company quote unquote said to me: "You're a bad customer. We will never put people like you first. Go and try and manipulate another company."This was after I placed an order for chocolate whey and I was sent vanilla, which I swear I never chose and was a technical glitch. I explained this up and down and I was met with resistance from the start. No proposal to waive the $15 shipping fee, no willingness to say 'we will send out a chocolate' for the inconvenience. It was fighting me all along. "You're acting like a child. Our Website doesn't change flavors on customers. Placing a blame on others is likely a common pattern for you. We offer you nothing for your mistake!"Who says this to a new customer? No relationship building or rapport at all. Instead, I was left to feel as though I was the one trying to manipulate and scam their company, when that was never the intent. I have all the emails with nothing to hide. I was a little mad and partially a jerk in one of them, but with due right.I will NEVER EVER purchase from these guys again and have told everyone I know about the experience. As a practice manager, my wife read the email in its entirety and told me verbatim: "If that was my employee, they would be fired on the spot; they could learn some valuable things from the company, Chewy." And to top things off, their whey protein was the worst I've ever tasted! Absolutely disgusting! Stay far away!
