    Noticed charges on credit card we could not identify. Via ****** found phone number for company, called. We were unable to find our how they got our credit card, what specific service or item we purchased. The customer service person did not have that information, was vague and kept asking if we wanted to cancel the service. We wanted to know what specific service we were cancelling and how they got our credit card information. I sent an email indicating I would report fraud on my credit card if they would not give us specifics on how they got our credit card info and what/when services were for. No response. I reported them to our bank, they cancelled our cards. We had to order new cards, contact all companies that had that card on file. It was time consuming and frustrating. The credit card company called and said our account was credited but they still had to send new cards and could not tell us how or why this happened, they had no information about the company and suggested we file with BBB. What we want to know is WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE AND WHAT DID THEY CHARGE US FOR???

    We have refunded the account in full and blocked the associated credit card with the transaction to ensure no future charges occur.

    I am rejecting this response because:  1.  They did not identify who they are, 2.  how they obtained my credit card information, 3.  WHAT PRODUCT OR SERVICE WAS CANCELLED??    Their refusal to identify
