    This company has ruined my life. Being a veteran who suffers from PTSD and am trying to get my family settled in a nice home has been draining due to this company. They reported a missed payment even though i called and asked was I due because I made a lump sum to cover the months. The Supervisor and representatives were so insensitive. I am currently obtaining a lawyer to fight against the lies they have told. The recorded the supervisor saying they did make a mistake but basically they cant fix it. Like what kind of customer service is this? I am sueing for emotional distress and causing me to loose the approval of my $400,000 VA Loan.

    I am not liable for the $11,826 debt with BMG Money. The home address and employment information they provide is not mine. I never lived at that address and their company payout loans to Postal employees. I have never been a Postal employee.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    A resolution has not been reached and I am not satisfied with the results. The personal information (home address, employment) BMG Money provides is not mine. I never lived at the address and I am not a federal/government employee. This account on my Experian, Transunion and Equifax credit reports must be removed. They are in violation of the following:

    15 U.S.C ****s-2 Section A(1) : A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

    15 U.S. Code ****c (h)(1) : Notice of discrepancy in address - If a person has requested a consumer report relating to a consumer from a consumer reporting agency described in section ****a(p) of this title, the request includes an address for the consumer that substantially differs from the addresses in the file of the consumer, and the agency provides a consumer report in response to the request, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the requester of the existence of the discrepancy

    15 U.S.C **** Section 602 A : States I have a right to privacy. There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy;
    15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2 :
    States a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions

    15 U.S.C ****c (a)(5) : No consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information - Any other adverse item of information other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years

    15 U.S. Code ****(d)(4) : A consumer reporting agency shall not prepare or furnish an investigative consumer report on a consumer that contains information that is adverse to the interest of the consumer and that is obtained through a personal interview with a neighbor, friend, or associate of the consumer or with another person with whom the consumer is acquainted

    15 U.S. Code ****a(e) : The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer.

    To whom it may concern, we receive from all persons who apply for a loan with our company written authorization to obtain personal consumer reports and other personal information during the loan application process. Also, our privacy notice to consumers reads that we share customers' personal information for our everyday business purposes such as, to process transactions, maintain accounts, respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus. This type of sharing may not be limited by the customer as this type of sharing falls under the section 13, 14 and 15 exceptions to the right to opt out rule. Best regards, BMG Money

    I have never had a loan with BMG MONEY and they have wrongfully taken $2000.00 from my paycheck. I have no way to get in contact with anyone in regards to my issue and my money has not been refunded. I dont even know what financial institution or lender it is connected to. The business can contact me so I may email the photos. I am willing to take the matter to city council officials and local media. As prior military and law enforcement I am highly upset about this matter not being resolved by this company.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist the customer and advised him we did not provide such instructions to create a Split Direct Deposit for the amount, account number or routing number displayed in a recent image provided. BMG Money did not receive funds in his favor as the banking information does not relate to our information. Suggest that customer should reach out to his employer or payroll department to research further.

    First I was told I can refinance with 3 payments . Next I was told 3 more payment which makes a total of 6 payments come July 21st which would make me eligible to refinance, the 21st I came to refinance and was told I can not . Now I have to wait until September at this point it has been frustrating and very misleading. All of my payments have been on time please help me understand what the issue is on my account because Ive upheld my end.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    BMG at this point has played with my time and its frustrating especially being around the holiday. I have been emailed telling me to refinance and Ive done so and they keep denying me. I have been compliant with the rules and made timely payments , I even lowered the amount knowing that I qualified for more . I spoke to someone name ***** who I thought was going to attempt to help me and he didnt . Actually stopped answering the phone for me . At this point Im over dealing with them , its been 2 long exhausting weeks of trying to refinance after I sent my paystub and still denied Ive been dealing with this company since march, no missed payments whatsoever but they deny me and send a email telling me to re apply , Im over it

    BMG Money is falsely reporting my account to the credit bureau. They use payroll deduction, yet claimed I was late 30 days on my 2nd payment. I called customer service and received a rude individual that demanded an additional payment. I made the payment and the account then showed I was 30 days early. I called again and was told not to worry about it since I am paid early. The company has yet to deal with the rude individual. While applying for credit I came upon the notation that I was 30 days late. I called BMG and we went through my account.They stated to not worry about it, it is a computer error. The computer was showing 30 days early but stated to call a customer rep to get my account on track. I have called numerous times as to why they were reporting me late if my account states I am paying early and it is direct deposit/payroll deduction.

    The company changed my refinance option right when I reached my 4th payment option. Then it changed to 6. I am confused why its 10 now. Its really frustrating I was supposed to refinance end of june.

    I have been trying to contact this company, BMG for weeks. They have not returned my phone calls, emails, and the chat bot on the website is not helpful. I was trying to call to update my information. I am trying to connect my work account and bank account, but the website is not allowing me to do so. This company is not good as it relates to communicating with their customers. I would love if I could get in contact with a member to resolve a few issues. I have been making my payments on time.

    I have had a BMG money loan for quite some time. Ive refinanced several times. After my last refinance, the website said I could not refinance again until I have made 4 consecutive allotment payments. I made 4 consecutive payments and the all of a sudden the website changed to me needing 2 additional payments making it a total of 6. I was only one more payment away and when I checked today, it now says I need 5 more payments to refinance. This is ridiculous. I understand that companies do have policies and procedures but to repeatedly change them multiple times when folks are counting on being able to refinance their loans due to hardship situations is insane. When you attempt to reach them on the phone, you are on hold for 3 or more hours. It does give an option to get a call back but no one ever called back.

    I have a current loan out. A couple of months ago I noticed that the refinancing changed from 4 consecutive payments to 6. Not a big deal. I logged back in to see it now says I need a total of 10 payments. I have tried to reach out to the company to see what the concern is and why the change. You cant get anyone on the phone and cant speak to a live person on the chat.

    After a week of constant holds on the phone and requests for call back, I went through the online chat and requested to know why my refinance eligibility keeps changing. I was down to 1 payment remaining and then it changed to 3 payments remaining and now I am at 7 payments remaining. I was told this could change daily but this is not written in the promissory note as stated. This is not fair to someone who has been making payments and I am requesting an exception considering I have been with BMG since January of 2022. I am requesting them to allow me to refinance my loan effective on my original date of June 23rd. Also, BMG keeps pulling money from my checking account at the same time as receiving money from my paycheck. I have spoke with someone regarding this and it is still occurring. I cant get anyone on the phone for an actual conversation and the chat and I have requested a call back for over a week now with no response. I have sat on hold for over an hour on multiple occasions and I am unable to still get a representative on the phone.
