    I have reached out to this company numerous times to resolve this issue. BMG money has not reported my account to **********, Equifax or Experian since January 2025. Also, after reviewing payments they have been charging late fees randomly throughout my pay history. I don't understand what is going on with this company. I need my account to be updated on my credit report. After numerous calls and screenshot of my credit report I still don't have a resolution to this problem. I need this updated quickly.

    To whom it may concern I've been getting phone calls texts I spoke to someone as well from the company BMG money and I was told for late payment which I don't understand why it automatically come out of my pay every two weeks I'm dissatisfied with this and I don't understand why I owe back pay when the money is coming out of my paycheck every 2 weeks
