Driver never came to pick us up. Contacted driver ******** *** he refused to come, hanging up the phone. Contacted management on the phone from the hotel and no proper solution was provided. I accidentally entered the wrong date of our transfer and paid for it only minutes before I caught the error. I immediately contacted the company and they refused to work with me, saying if I cancelled I would lose the entire amount I paid. They told me to contact the actual driver. Although I asked for an English speaking driver during the booking process, I realized after texting him he wasnt fluent enough to understand my request. He suggested that I cancel and pay him directly. I canceled and the company said I forfeited and I lost over $75, and did not receive anything for it.Initial Complaint

January 21, 2023 I completed a passenger transfer from *****************, ** to ****************************. The price accepted was $800 with Get Transfer taking $136 of that fee. Total due to me is $664.On August 11, 2023 I received payment of $0.65. I used the internet portal for this vendor to contract with them for transportation from the ************** to our hotel. I originally booked with them on 2020. The trip was canceled. They wrote to me to request that I leave the money on account as a kindness due to the challenges in the travel industry. I did so and then used that credit and added to it to book travel for June 2023 (so they had my money for 3+ years and I added to it). Our international flight was delayed. There was no driver to meet us when we arrived. I contacted the company and they said they did not track the flight (as is usual and customary in the industry and they had the flight information), the driver waited 1 hour and left and no one would collect us. They refused to refund the money, despite my repeated attempts to contact them and obtain a refund. I am appalled at the way they do business, the lack of customer service, and that I am out $110. I had to call a cab. I hope no one does business with them and I would like my money refunded forthwith.Initial Complaint

I contracted with a driver to transport me from a hotel to the airport. I paid in advance. I confirmed the trip with the driver the night before. The driver never showed up. The driver did not answer the phone, did not respond to a chat and did not reveal their location. I contacted gettransfer support and got the run around. I paid 36 for a transfer taxi to pick me up from ****************************** on 11th November 2022. When I finally got through customs, I called the taxi driver and much to my dismay he told me on the phone he decided to pick someone else up that was travelling a further distance as he would be paid more, leaving me stranded in the a new country by myself with 8 luggages unable to get any alternative transport that could take me - resulting in me having to sleep in the airport. I emailed them to complain and they had the audacity to tell me I cancelled the reservation on Nov 11th - which is impossible as I was in the sky on the plane at the time they said it was cancelled.They are refusing to refund my money and are withholding funds for a service they did not provide. Hello I booked two rides with Get transfers and they were never completed. The Drivers refused to show up. They refunded #******** to my personal account. I want the refund back to my bank account since I do not intend to book any more rides. We were left stranded in both cases and had to spend extra money to get to our location. It was not our fault in any way!!! Therefore I want a full refund to my bank account since it was the drivers who were at fault. Ride#********. They quoted and charged my card $371. Then cancels and asks for $771 for the same route. Outrageous! Obviously didn't accept. They left my daughter without a service the day before leaving for her Thanksgiving trip and had to pay more than if we had used another service earlier. They changed the service conditions (e.g. double the price). Thus, I want a refund to the card used for the purchase, not a credit to the account (vs them instructing me to read the conditions and telling me nothing to do and kept my money). That is stealing and fraud. *** also started a claim with my bank per their lack of reason handling this matter.Please urgent help to get the money back. Plus they're scamming more users online
