    I am filing a complaint against *********** for failing to comply with their payment policy and for unfairly canceling a completed trip.According to their policy, payments are processed every 3 business days. However, I have multiple completed trips from February that have not been paid, despite the payment deadlines passing multiple times.Completed trips pending payment:February 19 (Trip #********) LAX to ******* (34 mi) $130 February 22 (Trip #********) **************** to *** (37 mi) $130 February 22 (Trip #********) ************************* to *** (11 mi) $80 February 24 (Trip #********) *************** to LAX (19 mi) $130 February 24 (Trip #********) ***************************** to *** (36 mi) $130 (Marked as canceled after completion, and my payment was removed)The most serious issue is Trip #********, which I completed correctly on February 24. However, 10 hours later, GetTransfer marked it as "canceled by the passenger" and removed my $130 payment. This is completely unfair and fraudulent.I have attempted to contact GetTransfer multiple times, but I only receive automated responses with no real resolution. The company continues to ignore its own payment deadlines and manipulates trip statuses to avoid paying drivers.I am requesting immediate payment of $600 for the completed trips and an explanation for the fraudulent cancellation of the February 24 trip. This company is not operating ethically or reliably.

    Order and paid for a ride that was supposed to pick us up today (Feb 7th). Driver did not show, company was contacted and did not make alternate arrangements for us. This far, refuse to refund the credit card used to pay for the service.

However, I have only been paid $319.92, which was issued on August 5, 2022. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company and request the remaining payment, I have received no resolution or communication addressing the overdue ********* a driver, I worked diligently under challenging conditions, including harsh winter weather, to complete these rides. The lack of payment has caused me financial strain and has left me feeling undervalued for my time, effort, and the use of my personal vehicle.I believe this situation reflects poor business practices and a lack of accountability on the part of GetTransfer.com.     I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against ***********, a transportation platform headquartered in *******/ ******. The company has failed to pay me an outstanding amount of $1261, which has been overdue for several ********* a service provider for ***********, I have fulfilled all contractual obligations by completing several transfer bookings. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company has not honored its financial commitment.     On June 5th 2024, I requested ride service from ********, ** to *******, **. I purchased a ride for $630.00 (Order number 17533774).Once the ride was purchased, I contacted the driver asking for an ***. He informed me that he was in ******* and was 6 hours away. The call was disconnected and I was unable to reach the driver afterwards. I referred to my order via the support email address listed and asked about the status of my order. I was informed that my ride was cancelled. I was given options to receive my refund. I selected the option to have my ride refunded to the account that was used to make the original payment. After months of follow up and multiple messages from Gettransfer saying the refund is pending, almost 130 days later, I still have not received a refund of the initial $630.00.

As a supplier, we have completed multiple ride services for GetTransfer.com, and despite numerous attempts to reach out to them regarding the payment, we have not received any response. This lack of communication and non-payment is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We have fulfilled our obligations diligently and in good faith, expecting prompt payment as agreed upon. However, GetTransfer.com's disregard for our payment requests has severely impacted our business operations.     I pre-scheduled a ride with GetTransfer.com from **************** to ****************** because I wasn't able to do so with **** or Lyft. My flight was set to land around midnight, and when I became aware that there was a good chance it get delayed, I immediately communicated with my driver. They were fine with the delay and asked that I just call them when I landed. The driver eventually asked that I cancel the request and make a new one upon landing in ********, but I let them know that I had already paid for the ride. At that point - upon learning that I had already paid for the services - the communication between myself and the driver stopped. They didn't answer three of my calls when I landed in ********, and I was forced to book a separate ride back to ***********. Thankfully ****/Lyft ended up being available at 2:30 a.m. or else I would have been stranded for the night.

    My colleague booked a car for a pickup by July13,2024. She paid 500 dollars for a ride from *************** to ************, ********, which is a 3-4 hours ride. She did noticed the website mentioned that they only support one hour waiting time and its not refundable. But we dont know its calculated from the time we typed within the order as a starting time, which is not the actual flight arriving time! Noticed the flight is delaying that we tried to negotiate with the driver several hours ahead about the situation. The driver just simply refused to wait for another 20 minutes and the website refused to reassign another driver either! This is totally making no sense! This is a very common situation that we all know the flight arriving time is not 100% fixed. We do think the company is trying to fraud and make money by playing the wording tricks. The driver proposed to charge 600 dollars extra for the 20minutes waiting time or he only willing to drive from early morning the next day. The website doesnt have a phone contact method. It takes 1-2 hours to get a text reply and no one is not truly helping. They can earn hundreds of dollars for a single order by doing nothing. This is insane.

    I uploaded and booked a driver through this app and was willing to pay double the price of regular ride apps because I needed a baby car seat. My credit card was charged immediately for 102 USD. When I found out the driver did not have a baby car seat, I immediately cancelled the ride, a full 24 hours before the scheduled time both with the driver and with GetTransfer. It took the company 6 days to review the request after many emails requesting screens shots of my conversation with the driver.I also received accusatory texts from the driver saying that he showed up at the airport and waited an hour for us. He wanted an additional 200 USD for this. They finally offered to give me credit for my next ride on my account. I live in ****** and not in ***** where GetTransfer is based. It is highly unlikely that I will return to use their services. When I explained this to them they refused to refund my credit card.
