    Booked a transfer from them but their driver never showed. Complete ****, their systrm marked the ride as "completed". I have not been able to get a refund.

    I did a ride for this company on July 22th 2024 for 97 miles one way in a rainy night for 150 dollar and I drove back 97 miles and they refused to pay me. They come everyday day with an excuse. Please customers and drivers stay away from this scam company. You would be late or as a driver they will not pay you and they have already the money from th3 customer. Stay away b from them.

    Failed to render promised services. Failed to notify me of failure. Says it is a "controversial" case and will take 14 days to review. Do not use. A criminal investigation may be warranted.

    I would give negative stars if possible. Do not give this company your money. I scheduled a ride and ended up in the hospital, I contacted my driver hours ahead of time to let him know. I would be missing my flight, driver is telling me that he canceled the ride so I would be getting a refund. Company is saying the opposite and that they will not be refunding my money. I understand if i did not let my driver know hours ahead of time or if it wasn't due to me being in the hospital. Very poor business

    The worst business model ever have to wait 60 minutes at the airport, 30 minutes at trains stations and ******************************************************** i don't who told these people that this is ok or right thats why there are just 100k drivers because the business model is not profitable.

    I was a driver for get transfer. They are having financial problems and are refusing to pay the drivers. They owe me over $1500.

    This company took a ride request from a 12 year old. Then proceeded to drive her 3 1/2 hrs away to meet someone. This child was a runaway and the driver they contracted with didn't even question her ago or the safety of driving a child by herself that far away! When I contacted the driver (*****) he just said to contact the company. I'm going to take this further but parents beware that kids are using these companies.
