I bought a product from them thru their website (www.rengox.com) on 11/11/2023 after seeing their ad on ********* The item was delivered on 11/20/2023 and when I realized it was not working for me, I tried to contact them to return the item since it says on their website that they "back every sale with a 30-days money back guarantee" and it also says "If you don't like the product, if it just doesn't work for you, return it. Within 15 days of receipt, products purchased from us may be returned for any reason". But they don't have any way to be contacted except their email ************************************ which they didn't reply and there was no phone number listed on their website. I was finally able to reach somebody thru ******** messenger on 12/01/2023 and the person that replied told me that he'll process return but nothing happened so I follow up on 12/05/2023 and I told them that I'll report them. He then told me that he informed their customer service to send the steps for return. **************** sent me a link for return on 12/06/2023 but it was not working so I asked for a label sent to my email instead. I received the return label on 12/12/2023 and was able to mail the item on 12/14/2023. It was delivered on 12/19/2023 back to them. When I followed up thru email, they just said "Yes, we received it. Refunded!" but no refund was made on my credit card. I message them again thru ******** Messenger and their email about my refund but they never replied back up to now.
