    I put the order on Friday night and cancelled it the next day (Saturday) before they prepare the order, and was confirmed by their customer care manager ***************************** on Monday. However I got a e-mail ..Nutriessential Dear *****,We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you and would like to let you know that our dedicated team is working on your issue and will mail you back with the solution soon.In ******************************************************* Manager,It seems the company ignore my cancellation and insist to send the shipment to me ( ****** ) on Dec. 10, What a customer service is that! ( 2 weeks still not get enough to handle the case. Very poor service.)

    Well it is interesting that I am reading this review only to find out that this company does not have BBB Accreditation, and does not have good reviews either.Well I ordered a product online only never to receive it. After 2 weeks of contacting the company by phone and email. Never got a call back though I left my phone number twice by phone and twice in 2 separate emails. About 4 emails. Their resolution was for me to search my neighbors for what was the "missing" package. No offer of refund or re-ship. Over $200 spent. Business ethics, questionable.

    Despite the negative reviews I see here, my own experience was excellent. I ordered a quality product, SPM Active, at a lower price than elsewhere and it arrive sooner than expected. I was messaged about my order's progress every step of the way. I wondered if this company was promising more than it could deliver, but my own experience was great!

    I ordered from their site. The product did not say out of stock or backordered. Two months later, still no product. When I contacted them one month in, they said it was backordered. So I waited another month. I contacted them again, same answer. They asked if I wanted store credit. I said no, because I had already purchased the same item from another source. I asked for a refund, then their customer support emails stopped. I have since sent a dispute to my credit card company. Little bit shady if you ask me.

    Requested to cancel the order after it was returned a month later but was still re shipped 10 days later after a number of emails to them.

    I never received the product ordered and my credit card company was already charged. Unfortunately no one answers customer service number and after leaving detailed message of problem, the company does not call you back. Canceling my order!
