    After more than a month of waiting I still have not received my order and after multiple email exchange with the support I am left ignored, product-less and even (as it looks) without a possibility to receive refund

    I ordered a supplement recently but did not receive any shipping information after a week had gone by. I reached out inquiring about when it would ship. I received a response the following morning saying the item was backordered and by the next day, a refund had been issued. The phone numbers for this company are not the route to go if you have an issue. I simply emailed the address listed and the response was very prompt. Given this experience, I would say to give them a try because their prices are competitive and they have items you may not be able to find elsewhere. At any rate, my experience was very positive and I am more than satisfied with their customer service!

    Ordered IP6 supplement on 02/26/24 and received on 03/05/24. I received exactly what I ordered and also had a long term expiry date. I had seen negative and positive reviews and was a little hesitant to place an order but all went extremely well. I would use this company again.

    Nutriessential has an excellent customer service department. The product I was looking for was out of stock, although the website didnt indicate that. The company contacted me by email, provided me with alternative products and discount on future order for inconvenience. I will definitely order from them again.     I've been using Nutriential really well since 2021.There are a lot of premium vitamin brands here.First of all, I'm surprised that the shipping is fast.I live in ********** and usually get a delivery in 2-3 days after I order. Only one item I ordered once was out of stock, and I've received a refund, and all other than that, it's so perfect.Besides, sometimes the promo code they send me makes me so happy.I don't understand some negative reviews.
